Very poor quality. Hard sofa, very uncomfortable. I bought under offer but the cost isn't still worth the cost. Disappointed.

Msofas have been fantastic from start to finish, we met Justyna in the showroom and she was very knowledgeable and helpful, we paid the deposit the following day and they delivered to central London within 7 days, we’re so happy!!! Jan & Rob (the delivery guys) were fantastic, so quick and efficient. Thank you

My experience from getting colour swatches and ordering a sofa online was really easy.
I knew I wanted a neutral coloured sofa that could also be used as an occasional bed when my son visits.
Under the other side is a lift up unit for storage! Great if you have minimal space.
Delivery was great although I don’t think I expected it to be as big as it was 😂
( bonus tho) The delivery team set it up and went on their way taking all the rubbish with them. It’s a lovely sofa couldn’t have asked for more.

The fact that msofas have tried to get my review removed saying it wasn't the experience I had is disgusting. The stress and upset I had recieved for months with msofas paying over a grand for a sofa that wasn't suitable or safe to have and still dont have a safe sofa either as the material is cheap and im sorry to say dangerous because you can easily bang your head on the back if it what is very hard and woodchip the filling is to thin through out and very hard. The original material were terrible see through aswell and then second sofa I got replacement had. Gaping hole init and had to wait again for weeks for replacement with no compensation nothing jhst nothing but stress and its still unsafe and thin material... and i have proof of all this so if it get removed again ill be going to papers about it becaureful eith msofa because if you have issues they will try get you review removed and claim it isnt real....

My experience was fantastic. The customer service was brilliant, always very helpful. There was transparency of when the sofa gets delivery all the way and the 2 guys who delivered it Patrick and Dollek were so nice. They delivered it into the apartment, build it and took all the paper/bins down. The quality of the sofa is amazing. So happy with the color and the material.

I have had the sofa for 3 years.The sofa is extremely comfortable, the materials used are of high quality and although it is light in color, I managed to keep it clean with just some wet wipes, without chemicals.

Beware of this company at all costs!! They are scammers and crooks.
I bought a sofa bed and tried to cancel my order but they refused to accept return of the item.
The delivery drivers intimidated my mum whilst she had been going through chemo making her feel uncomfortable and they even broke their own terms and conditions by not letting me return my order. They even broke the consumer rights and kept on ignoring my messages when i tried to contact to resolve the issue. They will also try to get as much money out of you as possible then back down and go down a different angle when you show prove that they are breaking the law by what they were initially trying to do.
They are nothing more than scammers and criminals and just want to steal your money.

A great and very helpful team (Janusz and Rob) who worked together to deliver and assemble the sofa. I am very pleased with the service.

I have no single reason to rate Msofas less than 5, product delivered as seen, right on time , even before planned date,driver and assistant were very good. Customer representative I spoke with (Zuzana) was very good and communicative.
I'll recommend Msofas to anyone and to my self, if need be
