I've had my Mud daddy for some time & recently upgrade to the USB charged Brush attachment.

I received a muddaddy battery operated brush for Christmas, however, neither myself or my neighbour can fit the new brush to the muddaddy. The instructions were followed & no help on the Internet. As far as I'm concerned, a waste of money. They should provide CLEAR instructions, not just on the box.

My problem was dealt with quickly and professionally and the issue was resolved rapidly

Was a little sceptical about this product, however, I stand corrected. Having a warm supply of water to wash our girl’s paws, legs and belly makes travelling home from the beach or woods a much cleaner experience (especially if there has been smelly rolling 😩). Also having a warm shower available in the garden after local wet weather walks is a godsend. PS I can wash my wellies as well😆

Best purchase I’ve ever made! Works great. I bought mine over 12 months ago and tend to leave it outside so the pump stopped working. It’s great that they just sell parts instead of having to buy the whole unit again. Highly recommend if like me you have a dog who loves to run through muddy puddles.

Love my mud daddy, especially the shampoo part as it means my dogs aways smell fresh. Also on cold days it's nice to wash them down with warm water. Such a great, simple but very effective gadget!

Have had a 5l unit for 6 years of constant use.
Recently the pump unit started to weaken due to seal leakage. I could have ordered specific rubber O rings but chose to replace the pump unit at £10. I consider this really good value for the wear and tear of 6 years.
delivery was good with regular updates on the progress of my order.

When I had my first Spaniel 20+ years ago things like this product were not around.
We’re lucky enough to have a 7 month old Cocker and I’ve been determined since day one to ensure she has the best life with lots of fun and exercise.
However, I don’t want this to be limited to fair weather.
I can now pop to my local NT park on route home from school drop off. Walk around the lake and not have to worry about her covering my cream leather car seats with half the contents off the forest floor!
Not only does the Mud Daddy 5L hold sufficient warm water to give her a good clean, there’s always enough water afterwards to wash off myself and my friend's wellies. All round winner!
It’s quiet, easy to use and gets the job done.
The insulated jacket ensures the water is still nice and warm a few hours after it’s filled. I think my dog actually enjoys the warm rinse.
I pop her straight into a towel bag afterwards and by the time we’ve driven home she’s warm, dry and more importantly, clean to enter the house. Leaves her exercised and content, ready for her mid morning snooze. What a life!

Our Mud Daddy has been used nearly every day for almost 5 years. It's essential for keeping our dog clean and in turn our car and house. The powered brush makes washing our dog so much easier.

Great product at a great price order me and my wife a heated hoodie they are that good i order my elderly uncle to help keep his heating cost down as he lives on his own so he don't put the heating on much for him self

Mud Daddy, what a great tool . Portable easy to use & very effective on our GWP who loves getting full of mud! He enjoys being hosed down with warm water, the thermal cover we bought keeps the water warm for hours. Clean dog, clean car!!

We first saw a mud daddy when we took the dogs our walking together. When we got back my friend started to use the mud daddy. We was so Impressed, when we got home I ordered one straight away. We bought the insulated cover, so now when we go out, I fill up with hot water, then by the time we get back from walking it’s still nice and warm. The dog also loves it and has to have a drink from it when we finished cleaning him ( well he tries before we start to be honest ) We even recommended to our neighbour, who when he saw it in action ordered one straight away

I like the handheld brush concept. Real pity that it leaks, has no place to clip the hand held brush to the body (so it just falls to the floor) or have somewhere to loop the pipe around, and to stand it on its ‘rear end’ to avoid the leaking, the rear end isn’t flat.

Design needs to be taken to a v2 to include features common in garden prayers. I may try switching over the hand brush onto my garden sprayer as the pipe looks the same dimension.

Meantime it sits in a bucket as the safest way to store.

I stupidly ordered a similar product from a rival company. A month went by and it hadn’t been delivered. The weather was awful so I really needed a pet washer as all our dog walks are on country fields. I gave up waiting and order a Mud Daddy it was on my doorstep in 3 days. It’s a Godsend as my dog now goes from looking disgusting covered in mud and grime, to looking like she’s just turned from the groomers. Trust me, don’t bother going elsewhere, you won’t find a better product or service.

The 8l muddy daddy is fantastic and used daily for washing down my spaniel. Easy to use and great size for being portable. Even use it as a shower at festivals with the family. Definitely recommend and would definitely buy again

The products are amazing, I have the 8L with a power silicone head for my Golden and it’s incredible how easy it is to get the mud off. I also recently bought the tap attachment and this is like a power hose and cleans him in seconds. The company is great, well thought out for different breeds.

Orderd a few times from them. I have the power brush & mud mummy. Brilliant for my muddy dog , plus attachment for my boots, had a problem with the power brush, customer service sorted out promptly, with additional photos. CAN- NOT- FAULT the company or customer service. . WELL DONE 👏.
