Thank you for your lovely review and your positive comment about recycled boxes. We re use over 95% of the boxes we receive which does mean that outer delivery box does not always look perfect, but we are proud of these recycling rates.
Storage box
I order tool/ storage box unfortunately when arrived was definitely looks like someone drag this throughout all warehouse. I called I spoke with lady who was very helpful and in a week time item which was not in best condition was collected and I received new one, which definitely was much better quality then previews one. So thank you , Item is great have loads of space and is easy to use and carry. Well worth the money if you move around a lot and need to pack up all the time.
