Don’t order if you want an apostrophe!
I ordered personalised items and asked for the names to have an apostrophe to make it grammatically correct. This was not done as I asked and when I questioned it after they were delivered I was told it’s not possible to add an apostrophe! What?! It’s grammatical rubbish without an apostrophe and makes no sense! I was told I can return them but only when I asked but they will only pay postage if I can get to a parcel pick up place and as we’re in lockdown I can’t so I’m stuck with them. Not happy and not recommended.
In response to your reply - I HAVE replied and I have asked for free postage but you have not sent it to me so that’s inaccurate for starters.
Secondly, I asked for apostrophes and you’ve even written it correctly on the order sheet! You have since change the item description on your website to say that you don’t include apostrophes so you clearly know you were in the wrong. I do want to return the items but it looks like you won’t send me the return label. You have twisted the conversation and made me look bad which is horrible.

- The item you received, is as advertised on our website and due to the type font on the latte glass, the apostrophe is not printed, as seen in the images.
- After you demanded you should receive a discount, we kindly offered that you could return them for a full refund.
- You then said you expected free postage to return them, so we agreed and offered to send you a prepaid postage label to cover the cost and asked if you had a local drop off point that you could travel to with ease. Unfortunately, we received no reply.
We pride ourselves on our customer service and empathised with your disappointment by agreeing to meet your demands, by offering a full refund and free return postage, but you have refused this as expressed in your review.
