Had a really lovely first visit to Ravensden Park, Kelly and Jo were both fantastic — friendly, approachable, and really knowledgeable about the development.

They made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable, taking the time to listen to what I was looking for and offering helpful advice without any pressure. It’s clear they care about what they do and want to help people find the right home.

One again, Sean completed the remedial works in our en-suite ,showed what should have happened during construction of the shower stall. He also fixed an issue with the shower trap ( unknown prior to these works) and explained what had happened and how he had rectified this issue.
Many companies have stopped “ rewarding employees “ largely due to tax implications for benefits in kind.Sean I believe is a real credit to your organisation and I would seriously consider an award of some sort…even if it were only and additional day off ad hoc.I used to do this in my previous company, for people who went that little bit extra

Rabia was amazing from start to finish with supporting us buying our first home. She made the whole process feel easy and could not do enough to help us. From reservation to completion only took us 4 weeks which proves just how efficient and professional the team working for us was. I would 100% recommend buying a mulberry home based on our experience. Thanks again for making such a big life experience feel easy and enjoyable.

Lutterworth. Both Rabia and Steve have been nothing but helpful over the course of my move. Promises have been kept and care taken to deal with any issues arising.

I just wanted to say how lovely the site manager, Matt James, was—along with his team, Steve Kelly and Kevin (unfortunately, I didn’t catch Kevin’s surname). They’re a fantastic team and truly went above and beyond. Mulberry Homes is an outstanding company, and I’m confident I’ll be very happy in my new home.

My experience with Mulberry Homes at Felsted Gate has been amazing, I’ve had two aborted sales and Paddy has been such a great support through out the last few months. I cant wait to come and live in Felsted and be part of such a great development. I come and see Paddy and Chris each week to give them updates and I find Paddy so helpful and is such an asset to Mulberry Homes. She is professional and nothing is too much trouble. Well done Paddy.

Wow we couldn’t recommend the staff at the FELSTED GATE site anymore!

Paddy in sales is charasmatic, bubbly, professional, and overall has done an amazing job for us from start to soon finish on our new home - she has gone over and above to make us feel amazing throughout the whole process which can be stressful at time & keep us in the loop at all times - she has catered to all our needs and think she is a huge addition to the mulberry team!

Chris the site manager is welcoming, honest , professional and highly informative and clearly extremely good at his job - he again has gone over and above to make us feel like we are top priority as buyers and has listened to all our questions and has been througher throughout - we 100% bought this property due to Chris, Jason and paddy being so welcoming and helpful on site!

These bespoke homes are stunning and we cannot wait to move our family into our new family home on this beautiful small development!

I had an appointment with Jo and Kelly at Ravensden Park Mulberry, and they were absolutely brilliant! Both were professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience stress-free. Their friendly approach and expertise in guiding me through the new build options were exceptional. I’d highly recommend them to anyone considering a new home at Ravensden Park!

Having lived in our previous home for 26 years we always thought it might be stressful to deal with estate agents and sales people. That was till we visited the Mulberry Homes site at Braintree which is where we met Caroline in the marketing office and Matt the site manager. They were the most informative and professional people we had to deal with. Any questions we asked were responded to promptly and we never felt we were being pushed into agreeing to anything we were not happy with. Their calm assurances ensured that what could have been a very stressful move into a comparative walk in the park. All that remains to be said is a big thank you to Caroline and Matt who make a great team.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Jo and Kelly at the Ravensden Park site while buying our new home. Both have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the whole process. Mulberry after service, what’s that?
I’m on the Houlton site, and to be honest this morning just sums up Mulberry.
So not only have I found out from the Management Company that Mulberry failed to pass on any details to them from over a year ago (so I have issues with my mortgage) but also the back fence of my property has just partially been taken down without warning! So not even a courtesy call! Which is standard with them.
They have also used different colour slats on the fence now so it’s a patch work fence! Disgusting.
It seems if you stand up to them and highlight issues the worse they treat you. Family company…..far from it.
Just hope nothing goes wrong with your home.

Added comments…..25/6/25 Had a visit from site Managers on the previous Friday afternoon who agreed the patchwork fence wasn’t great and they would get the Site Manager to get in touch. Heard nothing! The response was then posted from Mulberry below. I called them and they called back to say nothing would be done about the unsightly fence panels or the fact a wedge of wood is helping to hold the fence up my side! So now we go back down the escalation route. Last time we did this because I was unable to secure my garden it took 3 months for them to resolve, let’s see! See what I mean about “after service” it’s all about profit.

Jo and Kelly at Ravensden Park have been supportive and proactive in helping us navigate the house purchase process. A key point to call out is the great communication and genuine willingness to help from them both.

Our experience with Mulberry was smooth sailing. From viewing the property, to keys being handed over, there were very few hiccups.
Karen and Faye at the Houlton sales office are very helpful and went above and beyond to provide great customer service.
Mulberry were very supportive and prompt when dealing with our snagging issues having called out a snagging surveyor. Our concerns were dealt with speed and efficiently and the team worked around our schedules to make sure we were satisfied.
George Tebbatt, our site manager, is a great asset to the company! George went the extra mile with constant communication, updates, and chasing if required to make sure all tasks were completed turned round in good time. He made multiple visits to make sure which jobs had been completed and which were remaining, which made us feel at ease.
We were never made to feel as if we were asking for too much, and there was always a good understanding every time we communicated with George.
We really appreciate all the hard work Mulberry put in to helping us buy our first home and made it a great experience for us, thank you.

As first-time buyers, Karen and Faye were absolutely faultless and have continued to be a pleasure throughout the process. Having now been in our home for a month, George, Alfie, and Mark have been fantastic at promptly addressing any snagging issues.

The finish of the home is superb — much better than other developers we've seen. Mulberry Homes don’t charge for extras like others do and truly offer a white-glove service from start to finish.
