I have emailed numerous times, filled out contact forms and contacted them on Facebook but I haven’t received one response. Really unhappy with the customer service.
I ordered the sleep oil for my 1 year old grandson who doesn’t sleep at all and is causing my daughter to be at the end of her tether. I was incorrectly sent the oil for 3 years and over so she hasn’t been able to use it. I thought I would have had a response by now. I feel really let down.

It wasn’t a missing order as you can see from the original review. You sent the wrong product. I have never received the correct product nor have I received an apology gift. You say you have the tracking for it so I would appreciate it if you could supply this as like I said I’ve not received a thing. It’s taken you months to respond to this and I had tried to communicate with you quite some time before I added a review but no response. As someone else said on another review, it’s mums that are desperate to get sleep that are your customers yet they have to chase for ages for goods not received or incorrect products.

Absolutely love the foot oil. My son is 5yrs old and I’ve been using it since he was tiny, and I’m not brave enough to stop using it yet! Customer service is always excellent, speedy delivery and lovely product ♥️

This stuff doesn’t work. Infact, my little one spent less time in her bed when she had the oil on her feet. Won’t be using this again.

WOW - what an amazing product. My second night using this … normally getting my baby to sleep is a 45 minute rock.. she’s a nosiest monkey around… now it’s sit down cuddle and she is in the land of snores in minutes.. last night she slept from 7pm until 7:30am… all I can say is I feel like a new Mumma who has thoroughly enjoyed a Thai take out in peace and some chilled tv time.. thank you so much for your amazing product and such gorgeous customer care..

I emailed and completed numerous online forms as I received the wrong item, I hadn’t heard back at all then i found them on Instagram and sent a message to which they responded after chasing for so long
“ Hi, thank you, I’ll get Lucy in customer orders to send you a returns envelope for the wrong bottle that was sent and arrange a refund ❤️” no apologies, no offer to send the correct items. Such bad customer service wi wouldn’t recommend.

I love the Shleepies foot oil and have used it for both my girls. My eldest slept through the night for the first time ever at 11 months after using the foot oil! My 18 month old doesn't sleep through the night yet but I've been using it on her since 6 months old and she always settles amazingly well at bedtime. It smells absolutely amazing and it's obvious that it is made with high quality essential oils. The bed & buggy spray also smells amazing and is so handy for helping little ones settle if we are staying somewhere new.

I have ordered items for both of my children and absolutely love them. Every time the packaging is lovely and the items have arrived when they said they would. My personal favourites are the sheepies feet and the bath milk. My little ones are nice and relaxed for bed time :) thanks again

Products are great and love that everything is organic. I have been buying since my little one was born. He’s now 5 years old and still love using the sleepish products on him. I give him a massage with the body oil before bed and gets him so relaxed. Also use all of the 3 essential oils. Great customer service as they try to always sort out any issue no matter the problem. Will never stop buying from this great brand.

So to begin with this company took longer then expected for me to receive my products. Looking at other reviews after spending my money I got worried. I was then quick to leave a bad review. HOWEVER this company was able to get back to me eventually and locate my missing order, they were then able to get it delivered to me as soon as they could. The communication could have been slightly faster, but as I said once in contact with them they did resolve my.issue and helped me out. So I now take back my previous bad review. As for the product it smells beautiful and I cant wait to use it on my little girl and see if it makes a difference to her sleep.

I do not feel my review was unfair. I have received no emails directly from you other than diversion emails, an email when i tried to subscribe and an email informing me of my refund.

I sent numerous emails through December and into January and as I said only got the above.

I understand you are a small business and also understand the issues with Mail. The refund comment was made due to me reading other reviews that were also saying they had refunds.

I would so like to try your product as we have a baby that doesn’t sleep and going on the positive comments and your advertising your product works wonders.

Is there any guarantee if I place another order that you would be able to fulfill the order soon?

I’m sorry it’s taken a negative review from myself to actually have a conversation with you. I’m also sorry that you feel aggrieved by my tone. However we have some dialogue going even if it has been uncomfortable but hopefully we can resolve this.

All I wanted was the product……

Still waiting for my order from the start of December I’ve emailed info and orders, messaged on Instagram and tried to on Facebook, a number of times and still can’t get a response. A well marketed item that when ordered doesn’t arrive £13.60 down and no product or communication. All I want is the item Ordered I can see you keep refunding people is this due to lack or stock?

I would love to review, but didn’t receive item….
I emailed 3 times (to the info address I found on here!)
I messaged on insta which they replied ‘email us’ and still no response.
Opened a case with PayPal, and guess what… still no response!
Wish I’d read the reviews on here first about customer service.
Shame as I was looking forward to trying!

Honestly the sleepy feet oil is gold dust!
We have used it on my little boy since he was 5 months old, as well as the bath products.
The smell is absolutely beautiful and my little boy loves it. Couldn't be without any of their products now. Absolutely amazing!

I have used these products for my little boy since he was 6 months old he is nearly two and we still use them now. He enjoys putting on the foot oil and even puts his feet up to help me apply the product! It’s such a lovely bedtime routine and my boy sleeps a treat. Lovely to meet the owners at event city to thank them for a wonderful product that we love. 100% would recommend and I have done to my fellow mama friends.

This product is amazing! I ordered the sleep foot oil for my one year old. Not only was delivered super fast… last night is the first night in months that my little one has slept right through! I can’t thank you enough I’ll definitely be recommending you to all of my friends 😊

One month on I still haven’t received my order! Their customer service is pretty much non existent despite multiple emails and completing their online form still has no response! There is no contact number so have not been able to get hold of anyone from the company! Really disappointed!

I started off with the sleep spray and noticed a huge difference with my sons sleep on the first night - he slept about 6 hours straight rather than waking up every hour (teething!). Then his sleep improved throughout the week. I then bought the bath wash and it’s gorgeous and he loves it. He has sensitive skin and it works well and doesn’t irritate. I then got the foot oil and it’s so lovely and soothing. Highly recommend this even if you don’t have a problem sleeper - it’s such a lovely product!

Can’t fault the customer service! Recieved my order quickly and had answered questioned send on social media the next day.. the foot oil smells Devine and definately helps my 5 month old relax before naps and bedtime. It’s a lovely moment we both enjoy a little foot rub after a bath. Will definitely purchase again!

Shleepies Feet Oil is working really well so far! I was going through a terrible 4 month sleep regression and this seemed to settle her back into sleeping from 8:30pm till 8am with one brief feed in the night. The smell is calming and she loves having a night time massage with it. I am hoping this keeps her settled every night as have only used it a week🌙 So far so good! Thank you!

Ordered product, did not receive. Filled in online form, no reply, emailed them, no reply so I’m speaking to my card provider to get my money back. Will order via Amazon next time as the product is actually nice

We have ordered the foot oil twice. The order arrived very late the first time round then when it was close to running out again I ordered it again (as our son really loved having his foot rubs before bed), thinking I had accounted for their slow delivery.
I have still not yet received the product that I ordered on the 15th June.

I used the contact form on their website to ask where my order was but no one replied. I then messaged on Instagram and they replied saying they would get someone to reply to me the next day. This did not happen so I messaged again on Instagram but no response. I then commented on an Instagram post and they replied saying to email them again. I then emailed and finally got a response where they blamed the slow delivery on Royal Mail, I received excuses and no mention of being reimbursed for the time I have wasted trying to contact them or waiting for the product to arrive. I asked for the tracking details for the parcel which they did not give me and they have apparently sent out a second parcel today.

Two other customers commented under my Instagram comment saying they had experienced similar issues with poor communication (or no communication) and the product being late or not arriving. Which all points towards the problem being Mummylovesorganics not Royal Mail.

I said the above to them via email and that I would not use their product anymore and they replied with a rude email saying they would then cancel my free gift box which they were going to send out. This was the first time they mentioned this gift box and I felt it was a very unprofessional and childish thing to say and probably wouldn't arrive anyway if they had sent it out.

They have also deleted all of our comments from 3 customers on the Instagram post so do not trust their Instagram to give a true picture of their customer service as it looks like they just delete anything that isn't a completely positive review.

Such a shame as the product is nice but as a busy mum of 2, you need products to arrive in good time and polite communication so I would definitely not recommend this company at all.
