I love the food. It’s seasoned to perfection.

Food is good. Delivery is excellent.

The dishes are average taste and quality. Too many repeats, not enough variety. Too overpriced for being average.

I have found it difficult to understand your platform on occasion. Sometimes I’m not sure you understand that 1 meal may be a recurring and another order is added on. I have had to be sure I’m not being charged twice for delivery or tip, This has happened. I was asked by one associate if I wanted to stop my recurring order every week because of my situation. I decided that this was probably the best thing for me to do. That’s unfortunate. Also, some of the meals seem to have decreased in size. You have addressed this with me, saying all portions are weighed. I’m still not convinced that was the problem. Perhaps it’s time to update new photos. I still enjoy your food for the most part, and am a loyal customer to Munchery.

Munchery is great. The food is great. The service is great. I’ve become totally dependent on them. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars ⭐️ as I have no complaints... I just wish they had a ton more selections as I really could use them 5 days a week.
Also I would love more low cal dishes under 700 calories. But you can’t go wrong with them.

It’s okay but could be way better. Some dishes are very tasty but some are bland. Not a lot of options and their options vary depending on the day of the week so sometimes there are days nothing is appealing thius leaving us looking elsewhere for food. Cooking times - at least conventional oven -are way off.

You can't beat the convenience, and the quality of their food, I highly recommend!

Great recipes, love all the salmon options. Love the slab pies as well - by far the best and freshest-tasting desserts. Overall complaint - dishes are extraordinarily salty, which they don’t need to be as they are so flavorful. Also would be fantastic if food had a “Best By” date on individual items.

Ordered food, got said food. That is is what should happen. No issues.

For the most part very tasty, enjoyable meals. I would like to know more about the cooking oil used. Canola oil is one of the most unhealthy oils to ingest unless it is expeller pressed. Is it? If not, how about olive oil or (less expensive) coconut oil?
And I would love the option of wild or brown rice instead of the white rice in many meals.
I really appreciate the organic, sustainable and wild choices on several meals as well as the vegan and gluten free options. We would order more often if there were more organic choices.
Prices seem fair and delivery is reliable. Thanks!

I would like more choices that are not spicy. I have dietary issues

Good, tasty food with perfect delivery. I have enjoyed Munchery meals since they began serving the Peninsula community.

Munchery is super convenient and perhaps less expensive than dining out. The ingredients aren’t necessarily the cleanest - preservatives, colors, flavors, potentially GMO ingredients, not much organic, etc. Some of the food is very tasty and some is meh.

Above average food with a disaster of a delivery service— always late and never apologetic.

Being able to cancel orders online has been impossible, I have to interact with customer support to cancel orders.
I also appreciate the healthy options you guys provide.

Wish there were more vegan options.

Tasty, healthy alternative to cooking. Dependable delivery and thorough details regarding ingredients in each dish. I appreciate the variety and the creative pairings.

Munchery is my personal chef. I have not been able to cook for about four years, and Munchery has been my lifesaver. The selections are varied, the service is excellent, the food is delicious, and I very much appreciate the fact that the containers are all either recyclable or compostable.

Delicious meals every time. Nice portions, well seasoned, convenient preparation that always looks and tastes like restaurant take out. We love Munchery!

I am So grateful to have access to such excellent food, prepared beautifully and simple to heat up through Munchery and was in the burgeoning fancy food business in the 80s and 90s—so I know and appreciate good food! After working hard all day I don’t want to go out and sometimes I don’t even want to cook! Munchery is the perfect solution.

On the RARE occasion where there is a problem… Late delivery something like that or a dish that doesn’t land right which is only happened once after doing business with them since they started, their responses always with the level of professional customer service and wanting me to be happy as a customer.
