Very Poor Communication & No Accountability
I ordered an item from Murray Motorsport in late November. It has now been over two months, and the product has still not been delivered.
What makes this worse is the complete lack of communication. I did not receive a single email from them about any delay. If there is a delay of this length, the customer should be informed, that never happened.
I contacted them three separate times asking for an update. Each time I was told they are “still waiting for it,” with no timeline, no explanation, and no effort to actually resolve the situation.
After waiting long enough, I requested a refund over a week ago. I have received no response, and no refund has been processed.
This is unacceptable customer service. Long delays can happen, but silence, vague replies, and ignoring refund requests should not. I would not recommend ordering from here unless you are prepared to wait indefinitely with no updates.

Hi Robert, many apologies for the delay on processing the refund you had requested. Your order was cancelled on the date requested however this was not followed up with a credit note as it should have been.
In relation to the oils you did order it is extremely difficult for us to know exactly when we will have this in stock, this comes from the US and currently all stores in Europe are without stock.
The manufacturer has faced severe production delays and this has been the case since the middle of last year, we are constantly on at them to provide us with an ETA or even an update and all we are given is notifications of delays with no further information, this is also a frustration to us as we simply cannot give the customer the details they need.
Again, please do accept our apologies for this, and your refund has now been processed. You should see email confirmation of this shortly.
