I ordered a steering wheel. They sent one that was completely different in color and design and had damage. When I emailed them to get the correct steering wheel sent, they said that the image shown on their website doesn't represent what is sold. They also said that the steering wheel was never used but probably got damaged from sitting in their store for so long. I was offered a refund of what I paid for the item but not what I had to pay for shipping and import fees.

You guys did a great job shipping the order quickly and it arrived faster than expected. The problem is that I wasn’t expecting to pay duties on it. That significantly raised the overall price when I could have ordered the same thing domestically and would have paid less. I guess it was the transparency issue because I didn’t realize this hidden cost upfront. Two pairs of racing gloves didn’t fit and now I’m stuck because an overseas return will cost me way more money I’m sure.
