Never received items nobody seems to know where it is and I can't get in contact with muscle squad

3 days after speaking to muscle squad still didn't receive my weight plate even after being told its coming today for 3 days. Worst buying experience I've had to date. Will be using another company from now on. Do your self a favour and avoid muscle squad. I'm just glad I ordered through amazon and can get my money back. If I could I would give 0 stars

Brilliant product excellent customer service
After deciding to leave the gym ive been with for years and deciding to set one up at home instead,
I spent ages and ages looking online and also visted at a few stores too.
I was after something that gave me everything all in one but had trouble as I was lacking in headroom to get in most multi functional trainers.
I came across muscle squad on social media and after reading other reviews I sent them and enquiry.
They responded the next day. I sent all my requirements and budget and Matt came up with what would work and I have to say he was spot on with his suggestion.
It fits and works perfectly for my space and the add ons I bought with it means it covers everything I use in the gym.
I do have to say the instructions weren't the best so took longer than expected and I also had a problem with the cable route but after a quick message to the customer service team they put me right and it took minutes to sort.
Overall more than happy with what I bought and very impressed with the customer service I got from sales to after sales. Will 100% be using them in future and recommend them to anyone i know wanting to set up their own home gym.

Great Kit and brilliant service
I’m really pleased with my MuscleSquad Advanced Multifunction Trainer. The whole experience, from buying to using it day-to-day, has been spot on.
The sales process was easy and stress-free, Matt was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without any hard sell. He made sure everything was right for what I needed, taking time to show me around their showroom and the various pieces of equipment they sell which I really appreciated.
After delivery, the aftersales support from Sharna was excellent. She was quick to respond, clear in her communication, and a pleasure to deal with - it made the whole process feel smooth and well looked after.

Competitive and Reliable
The 'fitness market' on line is massive, and selecting, then ultimately ordering from a particular company is a bit like disappearing down a rabbit hole.
However.... once you find one that has fulfilled expectations, and delivered on price, ease of purchase, quality of goods and speed of delivery without any hitches, then next time you need something 'weight training related', that search is instantly narrowed down to one or two.
So, I have done all the hard yards for you. I got 2 x 15kg olympic weight plates from 'Muscle Squad' delivered over the recent festive period. Their pricing was very competitive, they had what I wanted in stock, ordering was simple, and their communication couldn't be faulted.
What I did like about the plates I bought was that the raised 'weight' and 'branding' are highlighted in red to make identification easier, (and which on so many other plates remains unmarked).
A small thing maybe to some maybe, but it's a big plus in my eyes.!
My recommendation is that this company ticks all the boxes, and I wouldn't hesitate about using them again.

The Multi Functional Trainer is the Daddy.
The Multi Functional Trainer is a quality piece of kit. Tricky seting up, but once in place, it exudes quality.
I am 57 and have been training daily since age 14 and deserve this (finally!), along with some quality kettle bells and the additional weight stack to 90kg each side. The service support is great as well, alway atentative and willing to measure up parts so I could be sure it would fit, and hanging on to the order until I was ready for delivery.
I have the 1:1 cable option (full weight stack felt in the hand rather than 50% as with 2:1, and which is meant to be the smother option) and boy, the cables are still still smooth as a baby. The 2:1 must float but I am more than happy with knowing I have the full weight stacks available and it still provides a smooth ride.
