The music box was in itself exquisite. I wanted a tune that they did not offer, so I sent them the notes and they created it for me It was intended as a present for a good friend. After a year she wanted it to be not so loud. I wrote them and asked. They sent me another file that was quieter, at no extra charge. They answered all my email promptly and were always very helpful. I was first told it would be in the end…

The watch box itself was fine, but the engraving that I paid extra for was cheap and not really engraved as I expected. It literally looks like an iron plate with sharpie writing. It just feels and looks cheap when I believe I paid an additional $40 for it.

No finale Inspection
I ordered two 18 note music movements for music boxes. One of the movements didn't work. It was over wound or has a bad spring. It should have been tested before it was packaged. This is irksome. I am in the process of building the boxes and now have to wait for a replacement or a new order. Errrrr

The jewelry box was sent with a cover off set and was not damaged in shipping.It absolutely was not as pictured.It looked very cheap.
The follow up was I received a full refund and their customer service was excellent.
