Really good process from start to finish - it took 5 days overall from the quote to payment in my account. Great postage service as the post office label or QR code was provided immediately, and tracked throughout with updates. Would use again and highly recommend. I also got a significantly better quote than the phone network provider offered. Great!

My first time using Music Magpie
My first time using Music Magpie. Recently upgraded my mobile so traded in my previous phone and the other phone had just been sat in a drawer for 2 years! Could not have been simpler. Whole process too half an hour maximum to sell my iPhone and the money was in my account within an hour. Great service and used local Timpson’s shop to send my phone and they were helpful and efficient too. Would definitely use Music Magpie in the future and would recommend to others!
