BEWARE
BEWARE: when you buy, for example, an iPhone from Music Magpie, and there is a fault, it’s nearly impossible to get a refund. When you send it back (for a refund) they automatically repair it and send it back with no consultation. No response via emails. I didn’t want a repaired glitchy phone with likely further issues. It’s taken me weeks and weeks and having to re-post it back again, to finally get a refund for a glitchy phone. I will never buy there again unfortunately.

Poor payment system
The service itself was fine, but the payment system is extremely poor. I was told that if my item was accepted before 3pm, I would receive payment the same day. It has now been over three working days and I still haven’t been paid.
Customer service is also disappointing — there’s no one to speak to, only slow email responses.
Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend their services.

Start to finish in 1 hour!
From going online to get a price to having the cash in my bank was about 1 hour! Wow!
Full price paid as advertised, took it to my local Timpson, they checked it over- money was in the bank within 5 mins! What an easy process!! Would defo recommend.

£500 within 5 mins!
The drop off at my local Timpsons was painless and quick. Within 5 minutes my phone had been inspected and I was offered the full £500 as quoted by music magpie online. The cash was in my bank account within 20 minutes (even at 4pm on a Friday). I would 100% recommend music magpie, especially using their Timpson same day service. They offer great prices which are usually higher than most high street stores.
