Refuse to replace defect monitor
I bought a monitor with 390hz on their website. The monitor has display errors at rates but they refuse to replace it because they say that it is normal for the monitor to run instable at 390hz. Nothing like that is in the description and i really can not imagine that this is normal in any way. It even happens in the bios where clearly no such high refresh rate is used. Really annoying that i have to get myself a lawyer just to to get my obvious right for replacement here.

My order has been cancelled and…
My order has been cancelled and re-issued and I still have not received it to this day. I paid lots of money for my guitar and it's already been 10 days and my guess is it will need another 10 days at least. Disappointing.

Non-existent customer service (*until prompted)
I received my order of a guitar effects pedal a week ago. The pedal was sold as new (not B-stock), but had 2 scratched in the paint on the pedal housing.
I took photos and sent them with an email to Muziker within 30 minutes of delivery of the pedal, and asked if I should return the product for a replacement, or whether they would offer a B-stock discount due to the damage.
I received no reply.
So, it seems that Muziker may be selling cosmetically blemished or used good as new. And they do not respond to customer service emails, which is unsatisfactory for an online business.
The real test of an online business is how they respond when things go wrong. Muziker just hasn't bothered to respond at all. I won't be using them again.
*** UPDATE 19 Sept 2023 ***
After a week without reply, I prompted Muziker to respond to my email, which they then did. They asked me to submit a claim using their online process and sent me the link to do so. The procedure for submitting a claim was smooth. I received a quick response and an appropriate discount for the cosmetic damage to the item was agreed. This was credited back to my original payment method.
On this basis, I would shop at Muziker again.
(minus 1 star for the week without response, and that it took a second email before a response was made).
