I contacted this company for help with LPAs for myself and my husband. Alex Entwistle was really helpful and talked us through everything and patiently answered all our questions. Really great at the start but downhill from that point
Really great at the start when explaining how it works and the costs etc. but impossible to get hold of, or get a response from, once the money had been paid and initial paperwork completed. A truly frustrating experience, that took an excessively long time. We are not using for the 2nd POA we need to put in place as don't feel we have been looked after once process started.
