Really great at the start but downhill from that point
Really great at the start when explaining how it works and the costs etc. but impossible to get hold of, or get a response from, once the money had been paid and initial paperwork completed. A truly frustrating experience, that took an excessively long time. We are not using for the 2nd POA we need to put in place as don't feel we have been looked after once process started.

Great to work with and good value for money
Having got quotes for creating two Power of Attorney documents from high street solicitors I decided they were too expensive and took a look online. Fortunately, I found MWQ. The quote was so much lower than previous quotes. I was a bit hesitant but Darren explained everything so clearly and has subsequently dealt with the whole process in a relaxed way with the minimum of fuss. The service has been faultless and stress free.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending MWQ.

My probate experience
Seeking information on how to deal with probate I checked a number of likely companies. This company impressed me when I was given lots of information on what to expect if I proceeded. I had a long free conversation with a representative of the company, illustrating the several steps required.
He was friendly, concise and generous with the advice and was content to continue our conversation until I was satisfied.
When I later chose this company a phone appointment was quickly made and was preceded by written information with a list of items to prepare ready to assist with documentation.
The phone call was carried out in friendly vein and provided the necessary detail to enable a presentation for achieving my grant of probable to begin.
I have no doubt that path will be smooth.
I am very satisfied with the progress.

Poor communications.
I engaged this company to apply for a grant of probate in June and it’s taken until December to get it. Communication between them and myself was terrible, telephone calls weren’t returned and emails weren’t replied to on several occasions. I accept four weeks delay was due to myself not reading an email fully but the length of time it took is totally unacceptable and stressful on my part.
