Villa Valeria in Positano which is managed by My Rental Homes is perfect for a group of rowdy college students. The unit has not been physically upgraded since the 1960's and that includes the furnishings. No air conditioning anywhere. Wicker furniture in the house. Dented and scratched old furniture throughout. One bathroom has a piano stored in it! Screens are missing and torn. Unit is clean, but all is antiquated. Worst of all, the first bedroom's bed has bed bugs. Bed bug bites were significant on the guests occupying the room necessitating me to provide a prescription ointment.
Basically, the management company and owners of the unit should all be ashamed to offer this unit for rent. A very poor business decision by My Rental Homes that reflects on the poor business practices of the management company who places profits over quality. 😕

The service from Nunzio for our trip to Italy was amazing we had a wonderful holiday thanks and would definitely recommend from our experience.
The trip along the Amalfi coast you arranged was a super amazing day made extra special by our driver Christian who was professional, knowledgeable and very entertaining ... thank you for a brilliant time.

I am very very happy with the villa I booked through my rental homes, the villa was beautiful and very well maintained , and the sunset views from the villa were breathtaking.

On the service and support side, my contact at my rental homes was very helpful and informative and arranged for an airport transfer to and from the villa and we also arrived to a stocked fridge which was available as a concierge service.

I will most definitely be using my rental homes again as the service and support was excellent and very likely will be returning to the same villa as it was such a lovely villa in such a beautiful location.

We had a brilliant stay, great location!
The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated.
Check in and check out was great. Davide and Nicolo were good at keeping in touch.
Had a welcome pack for us also which was a lovely touch.
We had a late flight and we were able to leave our cases in the apartment so we could have a nice last day before our transfer.

The owner Guido and Nunzio who assisted with reservations, transportation arrangements, and general information were awesome. The rental is beautiful, modern, clean, well equipped with amazing views! You will not be disappointed!!

Many thanks for a great time at the villa - everything was as described. Also the help you organised as we arrived in Capri was very much appreciated - Luigi really helped to get the holiday off to a great start and we would have really struggled to find the villa but for him.

Once again, many thanks for helping make our stay in Capri truly memorable for all the right reasons and hopefully we will return in the future.

Brilliant customer service, We had all sorts of issues with this holiday due to covid but the staff were very understanding and super helpful. If we ever go to Italy again we would definitely book through this company.

I highly recommend booking your next vacation with this company. Guido was incredibly helpful and I cannot wait to book with him again. This company is very responsive and was willing to be flexible when there were concerns with COVID. 10/10. Thank you!!!

Everything was perfect ; check in very smooth - stephano was available at all time and we will surely stay again at Sibilla.

Lovely spacious villa complex in great location, Professionally run, clean and welcoming, would definitely recommend.

Casa Dorothea was clean and well equipped, with a good sized swimming pool and very helpful owner.

Jacaranda house is in a beautiful location, has a terrific layout and furnishings, is exceptionally clean, and owners are very responsive. We loved ghe private garden and two balconies (one in each upstairs bedroom). We highly recommend.

The view of this home was stunning. Since your so high up on the mountain you can always see half of Santorini including the Airport. The house was clean and in good conditions. The night before you had a menu of different options for breakfast, and they would set the table for you and deliver you breakfast every day. The bedrooms in this house were all separate, which was nice because you had lots of privacy. You had 2 kitchens which was also very convenient. The Villa manage Dimitris did an awesome job.

We loved Casa Annalu and it was magical place for our family of 4 which includes 2 young adult girls. The views were unbeatable and we spent a lot of time on the large balcony. The apartment was so big, spacious, super clean and great air con. Having a washing machine was a bonus. The host was very communicative and even allowed us early access to the apartment with refreshing drinks on arrival. The location is great - near the famous Franco’s Bar, a few steps to a main bus stop to take you along the coast and a deli nearby. There are a few hundred steps to get down to the beach but that is for most places in Positano that have great views! We didn’t find the traffic noise an issue at all. We loved Casa Annalu and it made our stay in Positano even more special and would stay again.

Thoroughly unpleasant stay that doesn't even get close to the level of service that you'd expect from the price. Started with the person responsible for facilitating check-in hanging up on my face. There was a broken tile int he bathroom with some sharp shards sticking out of the wall. Property was somewhat dirty and there was still signs of trash in the kitchen. Glasses in the closet, dirty dishes in the cabinets and dishwasher not emptied. Consistent smell of gas from the stove. Rock hard mattresses. Diluted shower gels and no shampoos. No functioning entry gate remote. Lastly, the crib we had asked for was not installed and no one cared to help (also, didn't have bedsheets).

Property managers were not apologetic at all for this very long list of issues and were completely uninterested in making amendments (not a surprise given the state the property was in!). AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
