Awful experience
Quality in which the deliveries were packaged and received were awful
first order - the box was damaged the plastic covering was torn and a piece was missing
the replacement came with no plastic covering and all the pieces were loose
this was a personalised gift they got wrong twice and i was left with no gift to give last minute and i also paid for expedited delivery
i had to return and haven't had my refund yet either
will never order from the again

We can confirm that your full refund has now been processed and should be back in your account within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank. Unfortunately, although we had requested to be notified once the return had been dropped off, we did not receive this confirmation, which is why the refund was not actioned sooner. We are very sorry for the additional delay and frustration this caused.

We do advise on our website that this particular bag is personalised using flock rather than embroidery, and we always recommend customers review the product description and personalisation method before placing an order to ensure it meets their expectations.
We can also see that you contacted our Customer Service team regarding your concerns. Although personalised items are normally non-returnable, we made an exception and offered to accept the bag back for a return as we understand you were unhappy with the item received. Unfortunately, this option was declined.

Absolutly fabulous service, shipped it out immediately. The courier lost my order but my first years customer sevice were 10/10 and got it sorted in minutes. The bag arrived beautifully in a nice bix. Beautiful present for my niece .

I absolutely love My 1st Years! I first came across the brand when a friend gifted one of their gift boxes after my baby was born. The gift box was beautifully presented, and the personalised toy and book quickly became some of his favourite things.
