Quick and easy way to get in contact with tradespeople.

I have used my builder website so many times, I find it easy to navigate, find a professional, read reviews, and message the tradesperson before hiring. I like the site's layout, and I will be using it in the future.

The site was very easy to use, I put in my area and trade I was looking for and details of my requirements, they provided local people, their details and distance, I choses a few more and just had to wait for interested trades to contact me. Then discuss my needs from there and choose one which we are very happy with.

Mr Barker electrician came and did a electric check, he was very thorough and knowledgeable. I asked him if he could come to the house a day early than booked he said no problem. Would recommend him .

I advertised on a Sunday and received responses that day. The tradesmen even came out on the Sunday and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Great communication throughout. I am a returning customer on Mybuilder

Vin was a courteous and helpful Joiner. Nothing was a problem. He worked hard and was very tidy.
Would definitely recommend this chap and we will be using him again.

Easy to find a elections

So easy to use. Attracts the right people.

As a self employed plumber I thought I would give my builder a try more out of curiosity than needing the work. The supposed leads start coming in and I replied to a couple in my local area. No reply from jobs that I replied to
Then a customer needing a washing machine replied to me. I don’t do washing machine repairs and had not even seen the ad. I was then sent an email saying that I will be charged £14 by mybuilder
I have received a standard email reply saying no refunds. We will see about that
What a shambles and I get the feeling customer service is going to be pretty crap

First what my builder website doesn't inform people who looking at trader tha ,traders been charged for lot of money to get number. Second they taking money even trader not been able to quote a job. This company don't care about a customer or traders only about profit

wonderful job, IT WAS A VERY DIFFICULT JOB AS THE PAINT WOULD NOT STAY ON THE WALL AS HE PUT IT ON THE ROWER PIKING UP THE OLD PAINT, BUT HE PERSEVERED AND GOT IT DONE. IT NOW LOOKS GOOD. HE IS A PURE STAR

Rob did everything I asked for and even came back on the Sunday to finish putting on the mirrors as they could't be delivered until the Saturday.

He did a great job and I now have use of all wardrobes

I was very pleased that I chose Southeast plasterers for my job and was very satisfied with Matt who undertook the job.He turned up and gave a very good assessment and a very competitive quote.I obviously accepted the quote and he gave an indication of when he could undertake the job.
Matt turned on the day he stated and commenced to action his work.
I was very impressed with his attitude and care and attention and very professionally undertook the work.
I was very pleased that I chose Southest Plasterers from their Website and to get a professional Tradesman who certainly knew his trade.
I certainly would not hesitate in recommending Southest Plasters to any of my friends should they need a professional tradesman to undertake any work.

I just gotta say that "your company "My Builder" is the best out there for providing perhaps the very very best in professional handymen in the country. I've used a couple of others and, "My Builder" is hands down the very best. I hired a guy just 3 days ago and had quite a bit of carpentry work to be done. He started just yesterday and actually finished the same day. His work is and was so incredibly professional that, I've now already booked him to re-do my whole entire kitchen from the ground up! This guy was and is, ((the very best)) and, if it wasn't for you at, "My Builder" I'd have never found him in the first place. All you guys at "My Builder" rock and my experience with my carpenter far exceeds a mere 5 stars! I give it a "10" star rating hands down ! Thank you again !!!!

Trades people responded quickly and one completed the work within 48 hours of posting the job

I've took one of their tradesman to court and they now have a County Court Judgements against them which they have still not paid so now will pursue via the High Court.

MyBuilder say they don't allow tradesman with CCJs to advertise on their platform however this trader is still advertising, despite me sending them a copy of the CCJ and county court bailiff information.

This is really poor and provides no comfort whatsoever that their tradespeople are trustworthy.
