I had one of the worst experiences with this website. Their customer service is beyond terrible, taking days to respond, and when they finally do, it’s clear they haven’t even read your message. Every response feels generic and useless, as though they’re deliberately ignoring your concerns.

I had a simple issue: I wanted to quit their service and withdraw my money. While they have a minimum withdrawal limit of $20, I only needed $2.21 to reach the limit. they’ve publicly stated (on a replay for a review in Trustpilot, go to one star reviews and you an find it there) that if someone wants to leave, they can request their money, even if it’s under the limit. However, when I contacted them, they flat-out refused to return my funds. Every reply I received simply repeated that I couldn’t withdraw under the limit, with zero explanation, completely ignoring my multiple attempts to clarify the situation.

This company is frustrating, unprofessional, and borderline dishonest. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. Save yourself the headache—don’t use them!

I chose MyDGN for the previous good background I personaly had in some former experience, but this time I had the worst experience twith them ever, I was selling 3 million coins using the comfort transfer feature took them 3 weeks that I am totally not allowed to login in to the game and they have only executed 500k of sell, take them ages to answer a ticket, they say it's end of the game and they don't have that many buying orders but they still offer players using the "Auction" and ppl shares some feedbacks here on how they good for some deals been made few days ago.
Took a friend 3 days to sell 5 million coins at U7Buy, I regret not following his path and I'd never repeat this again, but to be fair they are still good and decent if u wanna sell coins using the "Auction" but never go for comfort. they wasted my time/and the coins value as the game already ended.

Submitted 2 accounts in comfort trade and both account have a unassigned player which were bought from market.

I dont know why and thinking it was stuck.So I sent email to support and opened 2 tickets but 10 hours later I get no response. Im like an idiot refresh ing the ticket page for hours. Thank you for bring me bad experience.

2. I guess there is no customer service in mydgn at all
