GO SELL YOURE COINS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I had a PC account with almost 800K which I did not need anymore, because I switched to Playstation and since you cannot take your account from one platform to the other the coins on my PC account were useless. I decided to sell my coins to earn some money and went first to whatsgaming.net (from who I usually buy coins) they did not buy back coins so they sent me to MyDGN.

I tried to do player auction for 2 days straight on PC but I couldn`t because no players would show up and the ones that did the selling price was just 10-20K (imagine having to sell 800K at that pace). I messaged them and asked if there was a faster way and they said comfort trade. So I gave them the details to my account and the process started and that was last week. It has been going on for a week now and I still have not received a single penny for my PC account coins. They log in buy players and leave again (so you cannot sell the coins yourself anymore as well) and when you message them about this they say we are preparing the players and waiting for a suitable account to transfer the players too, then we will pay you, so don't touch the players.

The second thing is that my PC and PS account are linked together. I applied for my PC account and told them how much they needed to sell on my PC account. Instead they log into my PS account and sell all the coins I have there (I guess since there is a higher demand for PS coins). When you message them about this they tell you its your fault you applied the PS account instead of the PC account. When you send the proof that you did not make a mistake when applying the account they either ignore you are change subject.

You cant just go away either because the minimum withdrawal amount is 20 dollars. So you will always be stuck until you reach that amount.

I am done with these guys and recommend anyone that wants to sell their coins to just go somewhere else and sell their coins there, as it will save you a lot of time and headache.

Hey,

it's a very specific case. We face two issues here. PC has a very low demand compared to the other devices. MyDGN is still the biggest platform for selling Coins so you might have faced the same issue elsewhere.
The other issue was an account that is linked to two different devices, that is quite rare. We don't sell anything by hand and as your account was logged in, you might have chosen the wrong console. That's why our system sold out the Coins for Playstation. So it was basically bad luck you have faced twice and we apologize for that and can totally understand that you were not satisfied with our service in this case.

Hopefully you will try again and you will be satisfied. Promised!
