I was having trouble with the new template, and Kristen figured out the issue and we fixed that. I was having trouble with test email sending. We fixed that. She was so patient. I use My Emma because of the customer support. Today reinforced that.

After a quick phone prompt message, Emma is quick to answer your phone call with a live person. Austin, with tech support is wonderful. He answered all my questions. And i am sure i will have more in the near future.
Can Talk to a Person on the Phone
MyEmma has a lot of self-help information on their site, but for someone who is not that tech saavy, it was a pleasure to be able to actually talk to someone on the phone. Most companies these days just want to interact with their customer by chat, but when it comes to technical issues, you need to talk to someone in person and ask the questions. The tech I spoke with was patient and walked me through the issue and I, in turn, was able to help my customer. Everyone was happy.
