I was unsure about how to interpret the results from an email campaign of mine and the support agent there went the extra mile to look into and further explain what a perceived discrepancy was really all about and how to better interpret the response to my email. I was feeling dumb calling because I was working in the new drag and drop, I knew my issue was something very simple. When I called and of course my support person walked me right to my problem. I explained to her how I misunderstood the button she told me that she would share that with the creators because others may be reading the review button the same way. It's really nice to work with a company that has real people available to answer your questions and help solve your problem. And not only a real person, but also someone as friendly and easy going as Liz. this could have been really frustrating experience and she made it easy.
Thieves
I cancelled my subscription fifteen days before the annual renewal. I received a snippy email that I had to unsubscribe within thirty days prior to renewal and that I was now stuck paying for the next 12 months. RUN! RUN! Find an ethical company to send your money.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Do not use this company and do not give them any business. They treat customers like their enemies. Not sure how this company is still in business.

Like the software have had it for 3 plus years. But I can't figure out how to get customer support. That is why I'm giving them a 2 star. I see 5 stars for customer support, you know something we can figure out.
