WORST SITE EVER!

WORST SITE EVER!! Placed an order for Mothers Day. The order is still not delivered. The customer service is bullshit. They do not respond to any texts or calls. I even texted them on Instagram. They saw all my messages but didn’t reply. The phone no. Is not working. Email address is invalid. I’m not sure if they will ever refund my money. This site should really be reported to Cyber Crime. Never seen such a hideous company.

Shit place….MyFlowertree

Shit place….. Please do not order from them. Pathetic service, no one responds except bot with same questionnaire. My complaint is same as others. I have placed surprise for my wife, no attempt was made to deliver but updated status with a feedback that attempt was made but wrong address and no contact number...So disappointed..I am not sure even if they are going to refund my money... anyway just to warn you guys be careful with these website.…..!

Please don't order from them

Please don't order from them. Horrible service, no one to follow up or contact. My complaint is same as others. I have placed surprise for my mom but no one came or contacted leaving with an feedback that attempt was made but wrong address and no contact number...So disappointed..I am not sure even if they are going to refund my money... anyway just to warn you guys be careful with these website...

Third class company

Third class company, no ethics and no value of customers momey. They made me pay extra 150 bucks for selecting a specific time to deliver and the delivery guy ordered it way before the time and my friend wasn't there to pick it up! The delivery guy was rude. Their contact team is never responding

Horrible experience. I placed an order on the occasion of Mother’s Day and the order was not been delivered. Their contact number is not working. Their team is useless and does not respond. No communication from their team whatsoever. Its been more than 24 hours. Worst experience ever. Spoiled Mother’s Day for me and my mother.

Pathetic service from MyFlowerTree

I ordered a bouquet for Mother’s day and the time slot was 11 AM TO 2 PM. But at 1:30 PM, I contacted their customer service and then they tell me that it has been delayed and they themselves are not sure of how long it’ll take. So, I tried to cancel the order as it was no use getting the order at night, but the the person on call told me to raise a cancellation from the portal, which I did, but there was no response at all. Additionally, they send me an email that they tried to deliver the order at 7:30 PM and that no one was available, but no one came at the first place. So a fake delivery message. And now today I got an update on email that your order is running on time (a day after the actual delivery time). The customer care number is also “busy”. WORST 2000 spent ever. Obviously, I haven’t received the refund as well.

Ordered flowers on Mothers Day and the…

Ordered flowers on Mothers Day and the delivery has come in the night at 1 AM the next day. Also the flowers quality when I saw in the morning was literally like rotting. One of the most disgusting services and quality ever. They don't pick up calls and also don't reply to your complaint or email. Ruined such a special day for me and my mom.

I had one simple expectation from My Flower Tree to deliver flowers to my mother on Mother’s Day. The order was placed well in advance with a promised delivery window of 6 AM to 9 PM. Not only did they fail to deliver on time, but they also completely ruined the surprise and the sentiment behind the gift.

At 10 PM, I received a generic email saying the delivery partner “couldn’t find the address and the order has been cancelled and will be delivered on 12th May.” This is a complete lie, the address was perfectly accurate, and no one called or contacted me. I was available all day, yet there was no attempt to reach out, no call, no SMS, nothing.

What’s worse is that they then had the nerve to say the flowers would be delivered the next day. What’s the point of sending Mother’s Day flowers after Mother’s Day? The occasion was already ruined. This just shows how little this company cares about customer emotions or timely service.

Let me be clear. This company takes your money, makes big promises, and then disappears when it’s time to deliver. They are just focused on grabbing orders and don’t care about fulfilling them properly.

If you’re thinking of making someone feel special DO NOT order from My Flower Tree. You’ll end up disappointed, frustrated, and left scrambling with no support.

Save your money. Choose a more reliable service. My Flower Tree is not worth the risk.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I placed an order on the occasion of Mother’s Day. The entire day has gone by. It’s bedtime now and still the order has not been delivered. Their contact number is not working. Their team is useless and does not respond. Finally I got a mail around 10 PM saying they cannot deliver the order today as they cannot find the address which is ridiculous as I had mentioned proper address and I was available the whole day. They did not even contact me. Worst experience ever. Spoiled Mother’s Day for me and my mother.

They are such a rip off

They are such a rip off. Was charged for scheduled delivery and flowers are yet to be delivered. The customer service agent said I can't do anything and hung up abruptly. Please don't ever place order with them. Big mistake. FnP are much better.

Unreliable service

I ordered two days in advance and paid extra for the slot. It was not standard delivery, we paid extra so that our order reaches in time. The order was delayed and the recipient had to leave, therefore the whole surprise was ruined. A pathetic apology from my flower cannot undo this. Highly unreliable service.

Irresponsible and worst service

There is no less star than 1 just because of what you got it. This is the worst cake delivery app ever I have seen . And two times I have had ordered cakes from this app which were really pathetic designs, the designs are not as shown in the picture, no candle, no birthday tag, no name on the cake, and even after the complaint, how can you close complaint without solving it, last year this happened with me that time they said we can not refund my money but can give me 15% discount on my next order, so i left it, now this time again you are saying the same thing , please refund my money as soon as possible . And everyone do not order cake at even your worse from this app.

Aweful Delayed delivery even after paying the…

Delayed delivery even after paying the extra delivery charges. My order was passed on to FNP Raj Singh Rajput in Nashik. My flower tree local agent Afreen lied about delivery communication. Most importantly when cake was delivered it was melted and flowers quality was SHIT

AWFUL

I paid extra for specific time delivery but they delivered it 3 hrs late after I reached out multiple times. The delivery person also lied that they are delivering at the correct time. Don’t order from here. Awful service.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I am extremely disappointed with THEIR response. While THEY claim to have sent a notification about the color change, I did not approve it. In fact, I called THE customer support—the only time they actually answered—and was assured that my order would be delivered as requested, with WHITE LILIES. Based on that assurance, I did not cancel or make alternate arrangements. Yet, what followed was a complete disaster.

I have attached multiple pictures in all my complaints, clearly showing the damaged, almost dead flowers, which were also the wrong color. How can THEY still claim they "looked gorgeous" when the evidence says otherwise? The picture was taken immediately upon delivery, and it is undeniable that the flowers were in horrible condition.

I demand a FULL REFUND immediately. Please stop with the excuses and process my refund at the earliest.

They are scammers

They are scammers. They just took my money without delivery. When I reached out to them they said they attempted delivery and failed and so they will not refund the money. Stay away. The promoters should be in jail.

You promised Same day delivery

You promised Same day delivery ! And it was delivered yesterday. No intimation nothing !
It's such a shame you run such a scam. Valentines Day was on 14th ! Forget 14th, you dint even deliver on 15th. DELIVERED on the 3RD DAY. You delivered it after my husband left for else where. If there was -3000, I would rate you that. Advertise only what you are capable of doing. Such a disappointment. The things were good though. But will never use this website again. Don't recommend it. Gives you anxiety to wait around. There is no one you could call, no text , no emails , Absolute DISGRACE.
