Great Learning was always prompt, responsive, and organized. The experience was smooth and enjoyable. The platform was also easy to navigate and helpful for my virtual learning journey. The program managers were also superb. They were communicative, supportive, and friendly. About Great Learning itself : the platform is good enough. The website works fine and the support team was responsive whenever I reached out. They solved what was needed without much friction.

About the course : for me it worked well because of my background. I could connect the dots and figure things out on my own where needed. But I do think GL can improve how they map participants to courses at the beginning. I saw a few people switching tracks midway, which probably means better upfront guidance or assessment would help.

The real USP for me was the mentor. He went beyond the notebooks and helped connect the learning to what’s actually happening outside. And honestly, that’s important now. The pace of change (especially in AI) is crazy. Any structured course will always be a snapshot in time — that’s not a fault of GL. It’s just the nature of formal learning.
Maybe adding more unstructured or adaptive elements could help learners navigate this fast-moving space better.

The course does an excellent job of connecting theory with application. Concepts like bias-variance tradeoff, hyperparameter tuning, ensemble learning, and model evaluation are not just explained — they are applied through hands-on exercises and projects.
