absolute scammers don't buy from this company complete rip off merchants

I wish I’d read the reviews before I placed my order. Placed my order around 2pm, so before 3pm cut off for the next delivery. Paid £6.95 for next day, should have been here yesterday (Friday) still not here Saturday. No number for customer service, emailed, but no reply. Will never use the company again and DO NOT recommend. I want a refund for the delivery.

Order never arrived and after contacting customer service 3 times of which they denied order placed every time even though I provided confirmation. I have accepted this is just a scam and will never use them again .

Be very careful when using this company.

As with many others on here my 1 star review is due to this companies poor service.

Charge over the going rate for postage
States accepts paypal but doesn't
States refunds accepted but you have to pay postage, and they only offered me a partial refund once I chased them, likely wouldn't have refunded me if I didn't email them.
Their email replies to me were not professional, very aggressive, accusatory and came across like conartists. Their store reviews show similar opinions from others

SCAMMERS do not use! Gave fake Royal Mail tracking number and still denied it had to claim the money back through my bank ! Avoid at all costs reported the website and they Gould be shut down!

Horrible customer service. Rude staff, unprofessional with terrible attitude. This is all besides poor quality products. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Sold expired, past shelf-life products (in my case developer) bleach mix would not lift my hair due to the developer's expiration. My hair and beauty-Never again.

I was a little bit worried about ordering from here due to some negative reviews. However, I ordered a couple of bottles of developer and was very happy; the price was very competitive, very well packed and arrived within the given time frame (I selected tracked delivery for an extra 75p only due to my initial worries). I agree their website could do with some modernising, it is a little old fashion hence not easy to navigate. I give 5 stars based on their products, price and delivery (not based on website design).

I was a bit worried ordering the first time after reading some of the reviews here, but I had no problems with my order. I've ordered some bleach and developer with a toner and it all arrived within 4 days. Will be using the website again.

Good products & great prices! but their web page IS A NIGHTMARE TO NAVIGATE I was unable to login & see my purchase history & it took me several annoying attempts to try & actually buy from them I even tried to change my password for a smooth transaction but I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY EMAIL ACKNOWLEDGE THIS. So I phoned customer service & got through to a very nice man Peter & I asked him to confirm my order EVEN HE COULDN'T GET INTO THE WEB SITE TO CONFIRM MY ORDER he had to go downstairs to the warehouse to find out about my order I would love to order from this company again but using THIS WEB SITE WILL PUT ME OFF. Apart from this good products & well packaged & quickly dispatched.

They sent me expired products, but then refunded everything

Rubbish company awful will NEVER use them again, I ordered bath bombs nearly 2 weeks ago they never arrived I had to ring them 3 times and open a paypal dispute to receive a refund BE WARNED DO NOT order from this cowboy company this was my first & last time NEVER AGAIN !!!!

I bought 5 tubes of Joico semi permanent hair color, arrived really quickly in under 7 days. All sent safely (tops taped so they would not leak). The prices are really good as well. I will be returning! Thank you!

PayPal issue means you can't pay with safeguards

So far I'm happy with the products and service.

I ordered two eyebrow pencils in November 2016 and it is now over a month later and I have not received the products.

They refused so far to give my money back - I will check with my bank if I can cancel the transaction as it is theft to take money and not deliver the promised product.

Avoid this online retailer!!
