This site makes it very easy to confirm matches and expand your tree in minutes. However be very careful accepting the information that is provided. Here's my recent experience. I found many other member sites that married my 14 times great grandfather into the Savage Family. Wow I was thrilled as this made me a direct descendant of Henry VIII and Queen Elizabeth I. After adding 3000 names to my tree, I then decided to recheck everything. Oh dear, it's a pity I didn't do that in the first place. I discovered that the marriage never happened!!! So now I have to delete over 2500 names individually. A particularly onerous task.

It was made easy by the consultant Tal... not sure of his name.
He was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

I was having trouble logging in to my account turned out I had about 3 Florin sorted it out for me she was patient with me as I’m not very good with all the technical stuff, florin took me threw everything step by step she was absolutely brilliant 🤩 so now I’m well on my way making my family tree and loving it. So thank you florin you are a superstar x

The phone contatc was polite and efficient He did his besst to help me in spite of a rigid policy that would not allow me to cancel a subscription immediately that I became aware of an automatic renewal
To say I was notified year ago is not a satisfactory excuse
It would have been helpful to be notified of the renewal two days ahead of time .
The impression this leaves with me is that My Heritage does its best to keep taking money for subscriptions while using a bogus claim that the client had been notified....profit before service.

Sneaky, underhanded business practices. Second year in a row they more than doubled my subscription rate. They do not send an invoice prior. I do not recommend.

Adi was an excellent customer service representative! He immediately understood my issue, offered several solutions, and I ended up more satisfied with my subscription than before I spoke with him. He’s an excellent representative of your company and you’re k cut to have him!

Shane was amazing and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. Very confident in the product and process. I was going to buy the product earlier but if he hadn’t called me then I probably would’ve forgotten it!!! Thank you Shane you are appreciated!!

The gentleman was fast and got right to the point. Took care of what I wanted and was not pushy. I was at work and didn't have time to talk and it was taken care of fast.

Just had my renewal call. Gabby was a delight to talk to; very knowledgable, friendly, eloquent and she listened to my needs and concerns.

He is a terrific ambassador for My Heritage.My family has only been in the United States for less than a century. I find the OMNI product to be a remarkable tool in discovering my European roots.
