Company was nice and added in products I forgot to add. They reached out after delivery to see if I was happy with everything. They accidently put a wrong flavor in(which I didn't mind), but I mentioned it, they didn't reply back.

Overall great customer service
Overall great customer service, nice selection, good prices and quick shipment. This is a second KM hookah I had ordered from My Hookah Canada. First one is perfect. The second one does not fit into the glass base and is unsteady. Not like KM hookas I have had before. So, disappointed in the product quality.
