Great customer service experience
My first order through this website and went with this company as they had mostly everything I wanted in stock. Very happy with customer service as there was a small mix up with the size of an accessory purchased for my hookah and they were quick to respond to get the right part sent to me.

I'm a little sad that the "free shipping" does not apply to the USA, and it doesn't tell you at all, you just get charged shipping at checkout. but even with 40 dollars to ship to the USA it was still a very good price.
