Thanks MyLondonHome team (Charles / Megan) for all great work in purchase process for my house. Appreciate team's help in all regular updates and help in reverting to valuation queries by bank during mortgage process. I opted for recommended mortgage broke and solicitor. I must say those were equally good in their services offered. Nice coordination between all these team to make my home buy a success , considering circumstances, it was not an easy buy.

Smooth transition between leases, thanks to Cherrelle and her colleagues. Usually prompt response from the leasing and service teams, though the accounting team was less responsive and some errors did occur before. It would be better if staff turnover can be lower to maintain continuity in ensuring a competitive service.

Millicent went out of her way to ensure we were able to view our property when the tenant had forgotten to leave his key. The key was retrieved from the tenant just before he left for his trip abroad and left safely at reception for us the next day. The only thing I probably would have done myself was to drop the tenant a quick reminder message the day before. But Millicent deserves much praise for her efforts and swift and professional action
