After I leave my opinion in this app Trustpilot they contacted me inmediatly but the issue is not fixed yet. They contacted me since 2 weeks ago and I haven't back my money yet. I think if Neosurf contact inmediatly is to fix the problem, not to forget to fix the problem and don't contact you anymore. If they don't contact me anymore after 1 month more I will go to the police to leave a denounce. I think everybody had a bad experience with the money in myneosurf should do it to the police investigate and another people don't get scammed.

Unable to use my account balance due to “internal error “ Neosurf support has ghosted me now and as far as I can tell has not made any attempt to resolve the issue. They have ignored several emails from me. Latest ticket ID 00533516

So finally got to be able to withdraw my money Neosurf say they have actions this my account says pending money still in my neosurf account I see other people haveing issues with same thing maybe next process to take it to the financial ombudsman ticket 00510760

I bought a voucher for Neosurf that would not work with any site I attempted to use it at. The 10 digit code that was issued would not work anywhere but within the myneosurf account. I then made the mistake of redeeming the voucher as a deposit into a myneosurf account. Once there is a balance in your account you can use a pincode that is meant to function as the 10 digit code issued with any voucher. When I wanted to spend the balance at a site that would accept it, I was informed that I needed to verify the account with photo ID before I could spend the balance. The verification (KYC) fails everytime because of "poor image quality". I have sent multiple emails to reach customer support and have yet to get a resonse. I am unable to withdraw the balance to my bank account because they won't verify the account. Not only do you get charged a service fee to purchase the voucher, they charge you a 5% fee to withdraw to your bank account. Please avoid any and all transactions that are associated with Neosurf and be wary of any site that claims they accept their payment. If you need to change the mobile number associated with your account, they required a PDF copy of a recent mobile phone bill for that number. Pay as you go? You won't be abe to swtich to that number because you don't have a montly bill. They do not send a verification code like any other system sends to verify that the number is legitimate. It takes about 48 hours for the number to get verified. All of your personal infomation that can be found on that mobile bill is now their possession and they will sell your information before they even stuff it in thier database.

YOU WILL REGRET TRUSTING NEOSURF. They are a scam and you will lose your money. Help center is inexistant , only automatic replies that are useless. To use your neosyrf money you need to have your i.d verified....which they just do not do so you cant use your money. I contacted canadian financial authorities and i will contact as many vendors possible to let them see, with proof, how bad this company is. Trustpilot score of ¹.5/ 5 says it all. AVOID NEOSURF. BIG SCAM. THEY WILL NEVER LET YOU USE YOUR MONEY DEPOSITED. TICKET : 191152, 191156, 191158....ALL USELESS

Worst company I have ever been involved with. Tried to get my money exchanged but the process is (quite probably deliberately) extremely tedious. When trying to contact them they barely respond and when they finally do it is always an open end. I've been chasing my money for months now and I am still waiting for it to this day...

Money is showing in balance on myneosurf, but when I try to use the pincode provided in myneosurf, it says that my account is blocked. When I try to withdrawal the money, it says that "product is not active". Support is just creating new ticket every time, but not was sorted out. Its been a year now....

put in for a withdrawal into bank account over a week ago. Still hasnt hit my bank. Put in ticket and NO RESPONSE! Then, out of the blue that sent me email saying my verification ID was out of date It is my driving licence and it has 10 years left on it, also apparently, my SELFIE is out of date !! AVOID! AVOID! My Neosurf account was blocked immediately after i funded the account. Why??

Thiefs. One month ago I order withdrawal ( AREF/137611) from Neosurf wallet to my bank account. Till today I don't have money and support not answering on mails. I looking for help here, because I want open case against them. Enough of this. If someone's can help me or give me some information, or even want to join please leave comment.. those people and company will pay 10 times more.

Don't ever use this service! If you have some funds on your account and wish to transfer it to your bank account it doesn't work , tried to make a ticket to solve this but they keep me busy with please send it in another language and when you do they ignore it. SCAM

I've withdrawn money but haven't received a confirmation of that happening at all, no funds have been received either not sure what the process is

I jumped the gun before I received a response and solution.
I was in the wrong they swiftly allocated my funds and I spent them

Clicked the option to "Withdraw" my NeoSurf balance from my account, to my bank account.

Been waiting 3 weeks, with no update or any sign on the money in my Bank account.

Customer service seems non-existent.
NeoSurf balance at 0, transaction history showing the balance withdrawal.

Money nowhere to be seen?
