I wanted one of their gazebos, and I mailed them to ask if I would be charged delivery to glasgow.
Oh, guess what ! yup.
No reply.
So, I mailed them the same question again and added this was my second attempt for the info.

Yup, you guessed right again .
No reply.
So, do I really want to do business with a company that can't even acknowledge a simple request.

We purchased a 2.5m x 2.5m gazebo from this company. When we wanted to buy a replacement canopy we were told they hadn't any in stock until the following year. So we messaged again then to be told they still hadn't got any, BUT we could purchase one at the same price as a complete new gazebo! Roll forward to this year they are advertising a complete new gazebo costing £249.99 and the replacement canopy is £275? Something is not quite right here as you can buy a larger replacement canopy for£135!!!

Originally very happy with product but... Cover material did survive only one full season really. Wanted to buy replacement cover but model was discontinued and gone. Now I have been left with steel frame only.

Bought 3x4 province gazebo very good quality but the canopy tore and still can't get a replacement canopy so wot a waste of money I spent 😡😡

we bought a gazebo when on sale in January we put up in may .we are a care home and raise money for these things the frame was up and advertised as a outdoor gazebo .it has come apart and all metal bent at seals contacted company and they told us it is not to be left in rain etc .they are blaming a care home with elderly residents have done this and we have not maintained this so they will not do anything this is not very good customer service .

Customers have rights and businesses prosper,
By sorting out problems, not coming a cropper!

Really happy with our purchase originally. Didn’t think that tent pegs were sufficient that we were provided with to secure gazebo so also used guide ropes on 3 sides to secure it. Unfortunately we in the South East have had very strong winds lately and 4 of the legs were completely bent and beyond fixing. I was advised by company to take down gazebo in wind, question when do you know winds are coming and what constitutes strong winds in the summer. It took many many hours to erect said Gazebo I don’t really think it’s at all possible or practical to dismantle at a moments notice. Company response to this act of God atrocious therefore advice to prospective purchasers is don’t bother unless you can afford to throw money away keep buying new ones!!!

DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY
I purchased a gazebo for £499.99 the day after it was delivered I telephoned them to advise the item was damaged and parts missing- a week later I am still waiting for them to collect it and for a full refund !! It’s in the hands of my credit card company now to get the funds back !
I have emailed them multiple times
Had two replies stating the courier company cannot collect it as gone into administration!! If that’s the case they should engage with a new company and give me a refund !!

Shows how good it is though, 5 years later, still standing. Still in excellent order.
Anyway. It’s good quality & I put it together on my own in less than an hour, nice & simple. I’m very happy.

Do not purchase from this company, purchased a gazebo and it came with the roof bar snapped. As I wasn’t able to put it up straight away as needed to get someone to do it. They refuse to send me a new bar out. So I now have a gazebo with no roof. Scam company

Can't fault the structure of my gazebo (as yet, 8 months in) however the rest is poorly made unfortunately. Stitching came apart on curtains within days and 2 zips broke, was sent a replacement set but quality was also poor, to the point where I had to re stitch all the ties. My canopy has now all come apart due to poor stitching too. Upon contacting customer services I've been told I need to take it completely apart in any kind of wind and i can purchase a new one through the website. Completely unacceptable in my opinion. It should state in the product description "only to be used in the summer months as will not withstand any other british weather". I should have bought a cheap 1 and fully replaced each year as this one us now useless and I've only had it 8 months. Would not buy again.

This company has rightly low reviews. The gazebo we purchased collapsed while we were under it. I did the right thing and contacted the company who do not take responsibility stating that I did not put on a part through the photos I sent. That actual part was torn off when in collapsed. They are really unhelpful. These are poorly made and ours was rusted through in 4 months during summer. It would not have lasted during winter.

Waste of time, waste of money, and a very very poor product. I purchased this provence gazebo in 2020 with a spare canopy . The original canopy lasted 2 summers (June til august ) we removed the first canopy and it ripped so this year we used the spare and discarded the original one . After 3 months it was time to remove it as it was autumn and put it into storage . In the attempt to remove the canopy it ripped (twice) . We noticed that the stitching was stretched on the seams making the holes elongated as it had shrunk. It ripped on both sides on one section and we noticed that the material was paper thin . After phoning oliver at 'my gazebo.com.uk ' I was told to send a picture of both tears , this I did and with in no time the reply was its only guaranteed for 30 days from day of purchase and its not a manufacturing fault so nothing they can do . According to the consumer act of 2015 if its not fit for purpose after a short period of use the company has to offer a repair , a replacement or agree on a full or partial refund . I am now going to start proceedings as these products are not cheap (£400) and next year unless I have a spare £150 I have a frame and nothing more for money .

Having purchased what appeared to be a quality (and expensive) product, we were disappointed when we first put it up to find the stitching on the canopy was very poor, with holes in the seams where the stitching had been missed.
After sending photographs to the company, we were sent a replacement canopy, and so we disposed of the damaged original as this was obviously not fit for purpose.
Unfortunately, the replacement canopy was of equally poor quality and several pockets on the canopy tore on first use. Part of the roof frame also snapped but my partner was able to weld it back together.
The company offered just £40 to get the canopy repaired. £40 would not have covered the cost of the repair plus the fact we were not advised who could undertake the repair.
I declined the offer and was told a replacement canopy could only be sent if I returned both the faulty original and faulty replacement canopy, despite this not being an issue for the first replacement. I was not able to return the original as it had already been disposed of, and so they refused to supply a second replacement.
Fed up with the whole saga, I asked them to return the faulty canopy to me. They advised they could only return the canopy back to me if I sent them £25.
We now have a frame with no canopy and have had no response from the "complaints department".
The product is far from superior, and certainly not worth the price, and the customer service is very poor and unprofessional.

I have a tiny concrete yard where I am over looked by houses..which I don't mind but I wanted to enjoy my little yard summer & winter.
The 2m x 2m gazebo is perfect for my yard. It is extremely well made and I was kept up to date with my order at all times. Once arrived 2 of us put it together and once in my little yard it was stunning.
I am so happy with my purchase, I haven't put the side curtains on as yet as I have plants under there. I have sat out whilst it rained heavily..and this is where I was thinking..is it waterproof...YES..it is..I love hearing the rain so now I can sit & enjoy it even more.
The company is a trusted company with high delivery standards. That was a godsend as I work nights so knew my delivery would arrive at the time I requested.

Customer service is excellent. Very friendly and responsive. Oh, and my gazebo was fabulous. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.

Bought this as a birthday present. Disappointed as it lets showers through the canopy getting seating are wet

Excellent service, we purchased our new Gazebo at end of last summer as we knew wouldn’t be putting up until spring we checked everything was there, which it was.
But now while putting together have had a couple of unexpected problems But as soon as were in touch, in our case with Oliver in Sales he has bent over backwards to get us sorted, and we now have a beautiful new Gazebo up and looking brilliant.

A word of warning when purchasing from this company. Bought 3x4m Provence gazebo in graphite grey for mid summer 2021. Metal frame is reasonably sturdy but some parts were missing or damaged. In fairness, these were resent to me but not in time for the family event we wanted it for. Any damage to the painted surface or welds rust within days - To be expected but there is quite a bit. The canopy is the biggest issue. You buy this as their “luxury” and more robust gazebo at a not inconsiderable amount of money and have reasonable expectations that the canopy would last a couple of years or so and more with infrequent use and good care routine. I under 4 months of intermittent use over summer the canopy ripped right across the top. Not stitching along a seam, but the actually canopy had degraded to the point of ripping. It doesn’t help that the canopy has to be so tight over the sharp metal frame. That there is nothing to buffer the edges or reinforce the canopy over these areas. Anyway thinking I’ve just spent £5/600 with them, that I had the inconvenience of them initially sending damaged goods to me, that I’ve only had their luxury heavy duty gazebo for 4 months, that they would quickly and courteously replace without fuss - that was completely misplaced. The response was essentially, “that’s a shame, out canopies are only guaranteed for 30days (not actually seen that anywhere), we do have more you can buy, but they’re not in stock”. Not even a gesture of a discount to replace it, something that having looked at the other reviews here, is obviously a known issue and not fit for purpose. Certainly not something that’s going to last very long. They also couldn’t tell me when they’re getting stock in, and further emails from me have just been ignored. So I just have a very expensive metal frame that serves no purpose. An expensive mistake for me and a customer service fail for them.

100% great customer service and product quality. I purchased this and within 1 day it was at my door even though I ordered it around 12 o’clock it was there the next day again before 12 o’clock, easy to assemble, and the perfect addition to my garden as I just bought a hot tub! Absolutely would recommend. Fast service and nothing was too much trouble for the women that I spoke to.
Very helpful and very polite, order was placed with no problems immediately and as a result of this amazing service a relative should be placing an order for the same 3x3 bexley gazebo.

Very impressed. Before you look at the bad reviews please realise that company’s can have shipping issues and that everyone’s experience could be different. Take it from me I’m so happy and in love with my new gazebo!
