Fast delivery and the lamp is for now working good.

Fast, cheap and high quality projector lamp. Recommended.

I bought a “High Quality” compatible lamp for my UHD38 in October 2025. After only 2,400 hours (just 6 months of use), it started failing with frequent Lamp Error.

This never happened to me before , I contacted support explaining the exact same usage conditions, ventilation, and settings as before. They refused any replacement and told me that 2,400–3,000 hours is “normal”.

Sorry, but no. This is not normal compared to the performance I got for years.

This is not the expected lifespan at all. The lamp didn’t even start to dim noticeably, and the failure occurred short after warranty ended

Replacement has been arranged thanks to the support team’s attention.
I appreciate their effort and I’m looking forward to better performance with the new lamp, as I was used to for
many years.

So far, very happy. Bought a lamp for my Acer projector that started flickering 178 days after purchase (just under warranty still) I explained my situation and that I couldn’t be without it for long and I got sent a new lamp as soon as they saw that the old one was posted. I like that they honoured their warranty, although I had to do some back and forth messaging first. Another thing that was pretty cool is that when the shipping label was about to expire in a couple days they actually called me to make sure I didn’t miss it. Not even an email, not every company will take the time to call.

Bought one lamp, faulty after 7 months, no refund.
Bought another one, EXPLODED inside the projector, sent a new one, faulty after 4 months.
They claim my projector is faulty, I have it controlled by an authorized center and it has no problem, they refuse to reimbourse me, even after an authorized center state that my projector is ok and the lamps are low quality.
Lamps are shipped with their brand boxes (myprojectorlamps) and not the manufacturer. They are suspiciously similar to those on aliexpress for 10 time less money.
EDIT: They reimbourse me after i asked for a legal address to contact them.

Easy to find the right item in the shop. Ordering process smooth and delivered quickly, in safe packaging. The new lamp fits well, and is the original type. Including installation guide. No complaints.

great service, quality and price

I have ordered a lamp for the second time. Both lamps — one Osram and the other Philips — work perfectly. Just like the first time, I received very kind and helpful support, was assisted with the selection, and was even reassured when I made a mistake. From dispatch to delivery, with standard shipping (not express), it took about three days — everything was very fast, so I don’t really see the point of express delivery.
