Avoid! Bought from UK website as I live in UK. They posted from Netherlands. Needed to return the lamp as projector has failed - unused lamp. They charge £25 "restocking fee" and also were insisting I use UPS to return to Netherlands on their returns at a charge of £34 they would deduct - the bulb cost £100. Scandalous
