I had an issue with the credit card payment, but the sales representative was very responsive and transparent to get down to the issue, and emails were perfectly answered in english.

To avoid! The first D7 almost caught fire, the replacement D7 failed until the end of the warranty. They had good products in the past! Their Neato products have over 62% negative reviews on Trustpilot! It couldn't be clearer!

thank you for your review here on TrustPilot and on Google. We are very sorry that there were and are problems with the Neato robot hoover. Neato Robotics takes care of the repair itself - therefore the customer has to send his/her robot to the appropriate service center. For technical questions with the robot itself, we offer support, but unfortunately we are not allowed to do the repair ourselves.
