Good service - dissapoining start though
After downloading the Mysecuritycentre software, The anti virus part of the software would not start up automatically, and the software kept on crashing. I got impatient and asked for a full refund which of course the company preferred not to let happen. They put me in touch with Wim on their help desk who made a few suggestions which did not work. Wim then connected to my computer and cleared out all signs of previous security software, again no joy, but he persivered and eventually got the software running correctly. Wim was very helpful and even worked on my computer through the bank holiday period (also a bank holiday for him) I am now completely happy with the software and I send my thanks to Wim for his dedication to the cause of getting my software running correctly

We had a horrifying experience.
MSC i`e Wim stepped in and took control of our computer.
Some SIX hours later, after a number of unsuccesful attempts he cured the problem. This was very late in the day 10pm ( 22-00 ) UK time, real persistance.
We have been with MSC for approximately six years with no previous problems and would recommend them to anyone.

I downloaded the software late last year, but encountered problems immediately. It seems that my previous anti-virus would not allow itself to be deleted correctly, and was conflicting with my MSC installation. I think that maybe Wim Braem spent as much as 15 hours trying to sort out a problem that was not of his company's making and he got there in the end! So, yes, I'm very impressed by the service that I received - consider this a recommendation! Thanks guys.

I would like to express my appreciation for the wonderful service I have received from Marion and her team. The problem that was causing all the trouble had not been experienced before and the team worked long and hard to find the solution. Finally it was referred back to CA as the two solutions they put forward did not work. CA finally sorted the problem but Marion and her team cannot be praised enough for their efforts. I have been with MySecurity for many years and will be for many more in the future.

Best Protection I've ever had
I had a major problem my laptop crashed after my previous protection left a virus in my system. I contacted My Security. They solved my problem by remotely taking over my laptop, it took all day until the engineer finally cleared it. He loaded My Securitys' anti virus protection and I never had a problem since. This to me was service over and above any other company I had used before.
It's refreshing to experience excellent service these days.I feel I get personal service and know help is only a phone call or e-mail away. I have added my 2 daughters to My Security and have never had any need to contact them.
I would reccommnend My Security to anyone, as I know they will enjoy the same brilliant service as I do.

Soon I got a message from Lyndon (MSC) who asked me if it was possible for him to log on my PC to day to solve the problems. So far so good, great service.
Lyndon solved the problem in a while which saved me lots of time (on the internet is a broad story of search machines which were installed and are very hard to remove – even impossible to remove-) Lyndon succeeded in it and checked.
He even checked other settings so I am able to use the PC in a proper way! Great service!
