Excellent Support Service and Product
Having used this security software for a number of years I have always been provided with a reliable product, which provides peace of mind with regard to internet security. The support service regarding My security centre software has been quick and efficient when on the rare occasion I have had cause to contact them. If you want good internet security software and support to match look no further.

Using "MYMobile Protection Premium 2011" has made my mobile life much safer and thanks to Marion for the super-fast and excellent customer service!

I emailed a screen shot of a detected threat and that my PC appeared to be infected with a fake malware application on Sunday. Auto reply confirmed that problem would be handled in 48 hours. Fine. Email back on the same day from Customer Services letting me know that it was not a serious problem but that their technical support would access my PC remotely and fix the problem on Monday, which he did. In fact he also tidied up the registry and remnants of old applications that were slowing down windows start up. Am delighted!

The Antivirus programme runs well on my PC also the free is reasonable and when the need to contact the Support Team they have always been friendly,helpful and positive in solving any problem I my have inadvertently caused. Their remote viewing Team have been excellent checking for any problems and updating the PC. A Satisfied Customer.

Not being a computer expert in any form have always found mysecuritycenter products and more importantly their backup service to be first class. Any problems usually dealt within hours the best time so far was 7 minutes to reinstall programmes which had been deleted during repair of computer.

Antivrus for most is an essential inconvenience. Considered expensive and complex. However my experience with mysecuritycenter has been to date always positive. Whenever i have needed to contact them, they have been prompt in response and have solved my problem without fail. Their fee is reasonable when compared to it's peers and to date the software has protected my computer, viruses stopped, personal info protected and spam intercepted. In the main the automated settings are sufficient for most needs. I have been a client since 2006, which has been a good experience compared to other people i know, who have annually chased after the latest special offer on security packages and suffer the usual hassle that this entails.....I've saved a lot of time and can recommend MSC from my experience.
