Ordering was easy and communication was good. The company went above and beyond to accommodate my delivery request and the driver was a lovely man. There were a couple of doors with slight damage and these were replaced without a fuss. Customer service was excellent throughout! Used local joiner to install and can't tell you how delighted we are. The quality of product is superb!

the online design service was really easy to understand and the contact with my sliding wardrobe was excellent from start to finish . i chose to install the wardrobe doors myself and i must admit it was very straight forward really . we are so happy with the doors , the quality is so good . we will definitely be using my sliding wardrobe again when we start my sons room

Wow...where do I start? Before I even made my order I had fantastic help and support from Aaron, for whom nothing was too much trouble, no detail too small to be fully looked at. He helped me tailor my design and even managed to save me money by assessing and reconfiguring my plans. At all times he made it obvious that customer service was paramount. When my wardrobes were delivered for me to install on the promised day at the promised time, MSW's delivery driver was supremely helpful, friendly and pleasant. Surely it couldn't last. The furniture was far better quality than I had hoped, the instructions clear and the installation was not a problem. Fantastic. When it transpired that a pack of screws had been omitted, Aaron was so apologetic but sorted it out, taking my call at a family gathering....I know....I've never known anything like it. And then...get this.....I picked up an email from him checking a detail related to my query that had been sent at 3.53 AM!!! Do these guys never sleep? Thank you, thank you, thank you. If I ever need another sliding wardrobe, or anyone I know says they do, there is nowhere I could recommend more highly than My Sliding Wardrobes Twenty out of Ten!!

I purchased my sliding door after viewing looks of companies on the Internet as I am always worried I will be ripped of.. I need not have worried. This company guided me step by step making sure I was completely happy and gave me lots of options to get the very best for my budget. Nothing was to much trouble. They did exactly what they said they would. It arrived on the day, very well packaged. The fitter was also amazing and did a beautiful job again arriving on thr day and time he said and tidied up after... brilliant company. I am thrilled with my wardrobe

Just had our wardrobes fitted and OMG, we love them.
We phoned the company before ordering as we weren’t sure on a couple of bits and the guy we spoke to was very knowledgeable and obviously passionate about his company.
We chose the grey oak wood effect and the mirror doors with a grey tint (went for this after looking at customer photos and so glad we did!) we chose black frames too. We also chose the grey internal for the wardrobe.
Delivered on the day stated and we were given a time slot and the delivery was on time and the delivery driver checked everything with us to ensure no damage etc.
we were given the fitters number (Zandy) before hand and he confirmed the time he would be with us. What a great guy he is!
We had originally planned the internal sections different but Zandy advised how we had planned it, we would struggle to access the shelves properly, so he showed us how he would do it and to be honest, it was better than we had planned it.
All fitted within the day and well worth the price paid for the fitting.
We chose this company as our brother had had some doors previously but fitted them himself. I have already recommended to a few friends and family.

Absolutely perfect, my mirror wardrobes look beautiful, the trims are lovely colour. Exactly what I wanted and at an exceptional price, highly efficient service, from start to finish.

Very easy process from purchase to dealing with and getting the wardrobes installed. I really like the ability to customise and quote for the wardrobe without having to 'phone for a quote' or fill in personal details.

The finished product is of a high standard, very happy.

Great telephone service. I had questions that were answered promptly and I had to change my order when I realised the doors I had ordered wouldn’t fit up the stairs. Great advice given, prompt response, cannot fault the communication. Regarding the doors, I cannot comment yet as we haven’t fitted them (we are still renovating), however, they were extremely well packaged and protected. We followed the company request to inspect them after delivery and found them to be perfect, no obvious damage or fault. Delivery guy was spot on as well. Once doors are fitted I will send photos. I ordered two wardrobes from My Sliding Wardrobe and both were fab, the quality and the finish were great and the value was a highlight, compared to other quotes I received when researching this was a perfect combination of quality and price. Aaron provided an incredible customer service, making sure the order was put through the right way and everything was ordered correctly, very grateful for his help during the process.

Wow!! Super impressed with this company!
I inserted my measurements in through the website, for custom sliding doors/carcass & bits and bobs. Dreading that something would go wrong upon delivery due to sizes maybe being incorrect due to adding in the carcass! How wrong I was to worry!

Perfection!!! The delivery itself (Top man) walked me through everything on the order, ensuring everything was there.

Any doubts I had soon disappeared during the install as the doors had indeed been made to exactly the size they should be with the carcass in place. After a quick chat the next day regarding door closers, I realised I didn't even need them at all, I did however find the man 1.) knowing exactly what he was on about. ( A rarity for many places nowadays) 2. Polite and super helpful with nothing to much trouble.
