The helmet and booties are fantastic!! The order went very smoothly. I did order a wetsuit of yours from MacKites. It matched my weight in height specifications, but the shoulders were way too narrow. I couldn’t even get my arms in it. It fit my legs and hips and waist perfectly, but the shoulders were just too narrow. I don’t know if you offer a wide shoulder/chest version of your wetsuits, but I definitely don’t seem to be built for their normal shape and size. I had to return the wetsuit to MacKites.

They have great and quality products. Always wanted Mystic poncho and when I got one finally started to think why I waited so long. Very cozy to wear anywhere: at home, at the camping, near the water when it is not the most warm day even if you do not have kite like me. It is just great outfit to have. One of the best clothes I ever bought.

Unfortunately, the impact vest I ordered ran very small (I’m ALWAYS a medium). There are no other sizes available in any color to make an exchange. Then it cost $25!!!!!!!! To return the darn thing. That discourages me from trying the next size up when/if other sizes become available.

I ordered the first time from the Mystic.
Everyone in the Moldova cable park uses Mystic and I not an exception.
Vests are awesome. Great fit and good absorbing.
Helmets are awesome, good quality.
Shipping was fast, but I wasn’t able to track it.

i orderwd and asked to cancel within 10min, but it didn't happen than gloves arrived and seems like these are same size L as i had ones before older model, but the sizes appears changed from previous models. not fitting perfectly, but dont want to have larger ones as finger length may be ok, but overall would be too wide and colder in icy water.

The wet suit was exactly as described.
The order process was easy. I like the fact that they in led a return bag in case you need to return the item. I already have a Mystic wetsuit of the same weight, so I was confident it would fit me. The only negative, which is out of their control, is the slow shipping. Otherwise I would have given them a 5 star rating.
