They were very helpful at rectifying a mistake I made by not putting the correct delivery address because I had recently moved and forgot to change it on the system. They immediately got hold of the warehouse to sort it out and was delivered to the correct address. They are really helpful and the gear is top quality

I was sent a wrong size leash, but I was offered a 50% discount because I had no time to send it back. It wasn't a vig size difference so I could actually do something with a 7ft instead an 8ft

Tried to cancel immediately after ordering, but was told I couldn't. Then the shipment still hasn't arrived (it's like 4 days late at this point.

Unfortunately as mentioned in our FAQ once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel. Orders created are sent electronically to 3PL warehouses in your region and they may ship before the cancellation can made.
If the items are not needed our return process can be followed.
