Ordered a t-shirt on 8 july.
No contact for 10 days.
Emailed asking for an update or shipping details.
They advised it would be shipped in the next 3 days (we are on 18 July)
Waited until 26 July with no update.
Raised a PayPal dispute.
Suddenly get an email advising my order has been "lost" and asking if I would like it remade or to have an official refund and close the dispute.
Bottom line. They only responded with any urgency when I raised the dispute.

Utter scam - do not order from this website. You will end up with a product that is ridiculously poor quality that likely cost about £5 to make. That’s when you actually receive it… they charge a fortune for ‘VIP’ delivery but don’t actually tell you what this does.
The tracking numbers don’t exist, and they don’t respond to any of your emails or website queries.
Not happy
Got a dark grey sweater eventhough i ordered normal gray. It was supposed to be unisex, but ut was really short in the arms for my boyfriend. The quality was also not so good.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and still not dispatched. Emailed to ask if there was an update and was told to be patient. Said they have a backlog of orders. Wish I checked here first. Not expecting any quality once/if it arrives. I work in the logistics industry and discuss websites daily so it would be nice for consumers to be told of such delays at checkout

Dont order!
If you wann to make someone or yourself a gift dont order from mystichot.It took about 4 weeks delievery time.The stitch was ok,but it came in a apricot/yellow colour.I ordered a beige,I sent them picture of that colour and they replied it is how it is,thats a beige.So i put a beige jumper besides and made a Screenshot from the beige they have on their page.Still they think its ok.
I mean,my boyfriend definitiv wont wear that colour and it wasnt cheap neither.
So awful experience.
Personalised hoodie review
Ordered my personalised hoodie in early October as a Christmas present… it came the week before Christmas. Customer service was awful and I had to use a 3rd party Chinese tracking site to find anything about my parcel. 2 stars because the hoodie came printed correctly, however the material is quite thin rather than a heavy warm hoodie. Probably made through a 3rd party. Lots of people haven’t received their hoodies as I’ve seen on social media. Overall wouldn’t order from them again
Don’t waste your time or money
The socks are of poor quality, the top of the socks arrived frayed, the stretch changes the colour making the images not recognisable, and the large socks don’t fit me, I’m size 11.
The hoodie is really cheap but the embroidery is ok.
I’ve contacted their support, sent photos and they offered me 30% refund on the socks.
