My inbox is constantly full of survey invitation links, but when I click on them and log into the site, the surveys either don't exist or there is an error code flashed up when you try to access them. Also, I have been timed out just before I completed a survey, losing my points, so they are getting all my hard work free of charge, because they never respond to issues raised. I have been a member of this site for over 6 years and it used to be a good, reliable, site, where I could earn around £200 a year, but now it is a shambles and I am not wasting any more time but have closed my account.

Opened an account last week, did a couple of surveys and received points. All seemed to be fine. Over the weekend I received a couple of emails saying there were more surveys waiting for me. I tried to log in today, and was told 'there is no account under that email address'! They have removed my account completely for no reason. Total waste of time. AVOID.

In the past 6 months MySurvey has taken a complete nosedive. 90% of Surveys don't work, I end up doing the surveys right though to completion, and then an error message appears stating either "Survey Router User was not specified", "Maintenance was being performed" etc.

I have sent multiple messages through there Request Center, and only one was answered when I pressured them through facebook with countless messages over 2 months. The center is obviously unmanned. From then on I began taking screenshots and keeping records of all communication across facebook with MySurvey. I finally had proof when another Survey failed at completion and my points weren't credited. I put message into request center and contacted them on facebook, with 48 hours my Request Center post was deleted by MySurvey.

There are other good Survey Sites out there, stay clear of this one, it will bring nothing but frustration and anger.

As soon as I tried to redeem points my account was inactivated - no response from customer services by email or phone. Avoid this website at all costs! Complete and utter fraud, these people deserve to be locked up.

I had been a MySurvey member for a couple of years with really no problems. I would have rated them 3 or 4 stars until a couple of months ago. They do not respond to email and their surveys sometimes mysteriously crash as you neared the end losing any possibility to get your points. They have your answers, however. For no reason, my account has been made "inactive". I have not been able to have anyone at MySurvey respond to any of my multiple email requests for an explanation. OH, they also owe me around 1,000 points. I say stay away from them. There are other survey sites out there that do not abuse their members.

I redeemed my rewards a week ago, cannot contact support. The site is a bit questionable. I always make sure I am able to receive a payout before I continue using survey sites. There are always surveys available to take but until I get paid I will know it is legitimate.

90% of the surveys either do not work or reject you at the very last question after stealing your time. I completed a three part survey which lasted over three hours and was supposed to give me 1500 points. I completed the survey and receive no points. I queried this and after more than 2 weeks they responded advising me to wait ten days, then told me I did not complete the survey. I did complete it and receive the satisfaction survey at the end. They are thieves and hardly give any rewards.

I have been with this company for a few years it was an excelent site but over the past six months or so it has been a nightmare it takes for ever to log on. When you do get on and click on a survey the icon just goes round and round and does not open the survey. I had three surveys last week. When I filled one in it logged me out and I had to log in again and go through the hole waiting for it to log in this happened at every survey. I am fed up contacting them as all you get is a sorry these things happen . The shame is I had a really great time doing the surveys and have received over £200 pounds over the past few years with no problems but it is now getting very tiresome . As tonight I can't even get to log on as it just goes round and round and never logs in so I gave up

I never leave reviews but had to because of how awful survey site is! I've been with them for a few months now & I have only managed to get points from 3 surveys. I've completed so much more! Recently I spent half an hour completing a survey, got to the page where it says 'did you enjoy the survey'. I answer & then it screens out. I let the company know, very politely, & they respond with an automated message & say 'this happens & I did not qualify' & gave me 10 points for my trouble when I'm owed 70odd!
I message again & they are now ignoring me.

I've got to the 'did you enjoy the survey' page about 5 times now & they still don't believe me & say it's because I didn't qualify!

So yeah, don't use this site. I highly recommend Mintvine! They're a very professional company & always respond very quickly to messages.

Been doing these surveys for about 3 years and suddenly I can't get into my account.When I emailed them they said my account does not conform to their general terms and conditions.Like some other people reviewing I would nearly do a survey then they would say they have enough people doing it or I was not suitable.Terrible way to treat people.Don't waste your time with them.

My Surveys made my account invalid for no reason and they won't contact me to tell me why. What a waste of time doing those surveys and getting no reward. A scam site. Avoid

Whatever you do don't sign up to this survey site. After amassing around £30 worth of points out of the blue i get told that my account is inactive. I have contacted customer service 3 times and have had no replies. Bad customer service and poor website.

They are becoming a joke. 13 out of 15 recent surveys got Waypoint error (ie you don't qualify) then the SAME survey a day or so later (sorry servers unavailable) Their customer support could give little Britain a run for it's money, More or less the same answer regardless of the complaint, and always:.."Computer says" we didn't record your entry or similar.
I'd fall about laughing if it wasn't so annoying

I was rejected from joining this site and told this was because I had broken their 'good-faith participation' rule. This made no sense to me as I had only just signed up and had certainly not provided any false or misleading information. Replies from customer service are generic and impersonal. Their decision is final and I suppose that's their prerogative, but it would be nice if they would remove my account and any personal information they hold that I provided in, erm, 'good faith'. Doesn't seem to be any chance of that though. Dreadful experience when I have had many good experiences with other survey sites in the past.

i have since emailed this company again and said how angry i was not to have received a reply.they contacted me the same day and said my account had been made inactive because it had been hacked. they provided details of how to unlock my account and i have since received my reward.i am still a member of this site. sorry if my previous review had an adverse effect on anyones views on this site

Started off ok, invited to complete regular surveys, usually a few each day and the points started to accumulate quite quickly. Managed to reach my first £5 which I asked to be put into my paypal account. Still have not received this almost 2 weeks later. Since then every survey I have been invited to do has either had an error right at the start to prevent me doing it or more annoyingly half way through the survey so I have been unable to accrue any points for some days now. Sent a message regarding this, no reply. AVOID. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Not even worth one star really.

My account was deactivated by My Survey .com and although I have sent 5 emails to them about why they deactivated my account I have not had one single reply!
I had been with My Survey since they were Carol Adams and I find it totally bad that they will not reply to a single email!

Had been a member of this site for 3/4 years... a couple of weeks ago, tried to login to find my account had been deactivated!!! Had to contact them three times to try and find out what had happened. Received a 'generic' email saying that my account would not be reinstated with no explanation. I asked why this was the case and apparently I had broke the terms and conditions due to not answering surveys honestly? Not aware I had done this. Asked them which survey I had done this on and why they couldn't just not allow the points from that survey.. obviously..no further response! I had around 8000 points that I'd accumulated in my account which they have said that they will not reimburse. Seems like they do this quite often... Absolutely disgraceful. Use this website with caution and if you have accumulated lots of points.. WITHDRAW THEM NOW!!
