What a disastrous outfit to deal with
What a disastrous outfit to deal with. Took my order by credit card, as stated on their website, money was taken from my card and then when I ring to enquire about order status they tell me they have cancelled and want me to pay by bank transfer - with all the risks that that entails!
They blame 'security risks with credit cards' - which as we all know is just rubbish. What they are actually scared of is that if you have problems with the item, its description or it is just not genuine, a credit card transaction gives the purchaser secure protection in the event of a dispute. If they can get you to pay by bank transfer then there is no way you can get redress. Just look at the other reviews. If you still want to deal with this company after all that then I wish you the very best of luck - I am sure you will need it.
Unprofessional shower - do not touch with a bargepole unless you want to say goodbye to your money.
