Just had 9 email replies all at once from James saying my emails are blank .
They were not.This company is running a big scam and people are getting conned every single day.
I will keep posting reviews until something is done.

Still no items after 2 months , and multiply emails . Got x4 an automated emails from them today , replying to my 4 emails sent to them. Exactly the same words claiming they got an email from me but claiming them all to be blank . Asking me to resend . No point they won’t reply . Do not fall prey to these scammers. I’ve gone to my bank now . Horrendous company and service ! Laughable email

0/10. The same as all the other reviews. Ordered on 18th December, received order confirmation and to this day haven't received the order. I have emailed multiple times and 'James' has just replied to each email saying it's blank :) yeah right!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a strap on the 22nd of august and never received it. I have asked for a refund 6 times and I do get email replies sporadically but never about the refund. Just lies. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Purchased a month ago and still waiting for my strap to arrive. Contacted customer service to be told a ticket was raised and someone would contact me. Still waiting and they seem to be ignoring emails.

As with everyone else, I made a purchase, received my order confirmation and then nothing. I've emailed and asked for an update and received no reply. I have now been sent an Evri tracking ref but the shipment has never been made and Evri (along with myself) are waiting to receive the order. Its clearly never going to arrive. I have no idea how this company has not been shut down. I am claiming back via my bank.

My strap did actually arrive unlike so many others but it was a very poor fake leather watch strap. I did not return it as I assumed from all the reviews that I would not see my money again. Lesson learned … buy from a company you know and trust.

I ordered a watch strap for a Christmas present and it was finally delivered much too late after Christmas. I had to buy another strap from another company. I contacted them a number of times and received one automated reply saying someone would be in touch. I never heard back from them. I returned it in on the 30th December 22 and have proof that it was delivered and signed for by a staff member. I have frequently requested a refund but I have never had a response from them and still no refund. Avoid this company at all costs. 🤬

I ordered 3 watch straps for my wife as a Xmas present, only 2 arrived. I was promised 3rd was on its way, it’s never arrived and despite numerous emails all of which go unanswered I’m still awaiting the strap. Even my request for a refund goes unanswered. Wouldn’t use again or recommend, appalling customer service.

This is a fraudulent company I have the same problem as everyone else my money has been taken and I’ve not received my goods. No reply to emails sent

Surprise surprise surprise guess what, my watch strap has just turned up. It’s only taken 2 months to arrive. And it’s ok I got what I asked for so thank you for that.

I ordered from this company mid December. I email them each week asking for an update and get automated response saying they will get back to me "in 7 days".
No, they haven't got back to me and no, I haven't received my product.

I am yet another person who has fallen victim of this terrible company. Ordered on 14th December and have yet to receive anything from them despite numerous emails and texts. I DID actually receive a response to my first email saying that they would resend the product but still nothing received and no response to anything since then. I don’t know whether they are con artists or just a terrible company, but at this point it doesn’t really matter between the two.

If I could give minus stars I would ordered 26th of December no response to emails and no sign of my strap. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

A scam. Ordered way before Christmas, no correspondence from them and they’ve taken my money and not responded to my messages, all 5 of them to say where my supposed order is.

I made can order in 7th January which has still not been received, I’ve messaged them several times and emailed them and everything has been ignored

The website needs shutting down. Clearly a scam looking at all the other reviews! We ordered in December for Christmas delivery and still not here. We have sent emails and messages and no reply. What a waste of £30!! Wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered.

Have yet to receive my item. They’ve marked my order as ‘delivered’ and yet I still have not received it. I have emailed 4 times, messaged them through the link on their website and direct messaged through Instagram, all communication thus far has been ignored! I have allowed plenty of time for my order to arrive, having placed it in December. The website stated 2-3 days for delivery, it’s now been 4 weeks!! Disgraceful customer service!! Avoid avoid avoid!

I ordered my watch strap on 30th December 2022 and I still have not received it, the money has been taken from my account.
I have emailed them twice and all I have received back is an automated email saying they will contact me within 7 days, they haven't.
There is a link on the automated email saying click here to view the status of the ticket and add comments, this facility does not work, you are asked to log in or sign up.I tried to sign up but was told that I was not authorised to access this portal.
The order confirmation gave a link to track my order with Shop, this facility also does not work until the order has been dispatched, I have not received an email to say my order has been dispatched.
Cannot tell you how angry I am with this company. I did loads of online shopping over the Christmas period, this is the worst service by far.

Watch strap finally came 12/02/23, this was after receiving 3 emails replying to mine saying my emails would not format correctly for them to read so I needed to send more info.

The watch strap is fine but the customer service does leave a lot to be desire as does the delivery time.

AWFUL SERVICE. I ordered from here on 17/12/22 with delivery expected in 2-3 days in time for Christmas. I have still not received this and it is the end of January. I have contacted them via iMessage, email, online contact form AND instagram with no response. I checked the ticket of my complaint which is still ‘in progress’ and has been since mind December. Do not order from here! I am now out of pocket - this is most probably a scam.
