Pathetic customer service - unresponsive, non-existent communications, long delays and when goods finally arrived (more than 2 months after order was placed) they were poor Chinese stock. In the interim I had to cancel my credit card - believing mywatchstrap.co to be a scam; very inconvenient and a waste of my time. Company seems to trade from a private house and Unit 2, Moor Plus Central Park, Hudson Avenue, Severn Beach, Bristol BS35 4EL IF YOU STILL DECIDE TO BUY FROM THIS RETAILER THEN BE FOREWARNED. THERE ARE LOTS OF SIMILAR REVIEWS - THEY CAN'T ALL BE WRONG!

This appears to be a scam website, or a company going out of business. It’s been weeks without any update to my order and they just sent out automated templates in response to any message sent. AVOID!!

Slow but did eventually arrive. After waiting 2 months my watch strap turned up. Not the best service but happy with the product after it arrived. Did give them one star before but thought I'd better re write my review.
If youre in no rush to receive your order it's worth the wait.

Ordered almost two months ago, not dispatched. Multiple emails sent and not a single reply or refund - waste of £30. Absolute scam of a company.

My partner made an order for a watch strap for me for Valentines Day, says it still hasn’t been dispatched - it’s been over 2 weeks. No communication from them despite several efforts to contact them to find out where the product is. Terrible customer service and company - do not recommend.

Order placed in December 2022 no order received and same as others when I sent an email…… your email is blank and can’t read.
I’m now getting my bank to recall funds as this shouldn’t happen to genuine purchasers…. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered early December thinking my item would arrive in time for Christmas. My Watch Strap give 2-3 day for delivery. A week passes and no item. I attempted to make contact a number of times with the company over the next few weeks. The only time they make contact is when I threaten to make contact with the bank to reclaim the money. The company claims that all my emails were blank or not received, yet they knew information I had included in the emails. I continued to attempt to resolve the issue and requested a refund as instructed by my bank. This is when I received a fake Royal Mail email in December claiming my item had been sent. Royal mail confirmed that the item had not been posted.The item finally arrived in February with a 48 hour postage stamp, proving that the previous delivery notification I received was fake.

Do not believe any information you receive from this awful company. Go straight to your bank and report to Trading Standards if you have made the mistake of ordering from them.

Update- they are trying to block negative reviews on Trustpilot! It wouldn't surprise me if there were a load more negative reviews that they have blocked!

Can also see from their response to this review that they do not read reviews properly. The response from the company does not relate to my review.

Scam!!! Same as everyone on this thread (wish I read before) - I ordered 08/01, never received and emails ignored apart from ‘James’ saying the email was blank. Reported to my bank and reported the business to fraud

Shocking service and much the same as others I have read on this page.
We ordered a new strap for my daughters apple watch which came in good time, but was the wrong size - we have tried to contact them by all methods, but to no response, and when we finally received a response they advise my wife that her message was blank and to send it again!!!
Shocking customer service: I only wish I had checked on here prior to using them!!

Had to claim refund from my bank. 3 months no product. Company then blocked me from ALL social media as I was writing scam all over their posts. So they have the time to do that whilst sitting there stealing everyone’s hard earned money! Vile humans. AVOID

I ordered a watch strap and they had sent out the wrong size to me and after contacting them multiple times for an exchange, they never responded so i sent back the item. I then contacted them again to see when i would receive the refund and they would not respond to my emails. Then weeks later ‘James’ replies saying my email was blank and to email back with what the issue was again. I emailed back again multiole times to know response!!!
This has been going on for over a month and i have now tried to dispute it with the bank! The most fraudulent compant ever !

Well after reading this reviews I’m not holding out much hope, ordered on the 8th of January. Still nothing no package, no reply email.

Please DONT use this company. Placed an order at the beginning of December as a Christmas present, had no correspondence at all, I emailed and it took 3 weeks to get what seems like an automated email back. I put a dispute in with my bank and funnily enough the order arrived within 3 days of this. I have sent the order back as purchased from Amazon instead. Currently £42 out of pocket. Haven’t received a refund even after returning.

Awful service. I ordered my item on 25th November as a Christmas present, and only just received it last week - funnily enough a few days after I disputed the change with my bank. I emailed them 4 times regarding the status of my order, to which I didn’t even get an acknowledgement. The only email I received was a request to close the charge back with my bank. Nothing else. No apology or nothing despite having to wait over 2 months for my order. Absolutely awful, I’ve never known a company like it. AVOID

Absolutely horrendous customer service, ordered my product before Christmas and only received last week. But before all this I emailed numerous times and never got a reply back, UNTIL NOW. I’ve received an email from “James” saying my email was blank…. After reading the reviews on trust pilot looks like I wasn’t the only one who got this email. How a company can run their business like this is beyond me. AVOID!!

Don’t buy from this company!!!! Like everyone else on here I have been scammed! Ordered 2 watch straps before Christmas….. still not arrived. No response from company after multiple emails until yesterday when “James” sent a reply saying all my emails were blank and couldn’t read. I wish I had read the reviews on here before buying. Lesson learnt!!
