Do not expect fast responses from them

Do not expect fast responses from them, it takes days or even a week.

I have made 2 orders, and items take a long time to ship, they commonly respond that the product is back ordered.

I did receive all my items including a Note8 (refurbish) was in perfect condition and totally unlocked as advertised.

Despite this 3 star review if I was to need another phone I would very likely order from them again.

I bought a "new" phone from them.

I bought a "new" phone from them.
The phone wasn't new. It was refurbished but I paid a price of a new phone.
Communication is a nightmare. It takes them more than a week to reply. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company because they simply didn't reply.
Then they finally replied and I had to ship the phone back.
Returning is a nightmare. You have to pay for return shipping yourself.

Do yourself a favor - don't buy from them at all.

Absolutely the worst company to deal…

Absolutely the worst company to deal with! I placed an order for s9 plus on a Friday, order status said it would ship out Monday. I paid for expedited shipping so it was supposed to be received by Wednesday. Nothing was ever updated in the order status so I tried to call. Called them 15 times but couldn't get to anyone and the mail box was full(always full)! On Thursday I called 32 times and sent an email. Finally get an email back and they tell me the phone is backordered for another 7-10 business days but they can't tell me when it will be in. They are gonna ship it out without any type of notification but someone has to be here to sign for it! They refused to call me when it would ship so I could be home to sign for it! You have been warned they have no idea what customer service is and you just have to hope and pray that nothing comes up with your order because they will not go out of their way to help at all! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

THEY LITERALLY SCAMMED ME $500

I ordered a galaxy s9 and was nervous about getting it after reading the reviews, and was scared I got scammed. I got the phone a week and a half later and it was in perfect condition! I have used it for three months. HOWEVER, after three months, my phone stopped being able to call or text, and after I took it in to my provider I found out the serial number on my phone is blocked because N1 wireless still owes money on the phone, or their account. So they took all my money and didn't pay for the phone themselves, SCAMMING ME. It took a lot to even buy this phone because I don't have money to just throw around. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T BUY FROM HERE. THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY.

they take to long and they don't want to send the phone, I am ready to go to civil courts and place a lawsuit on them. they don't answer the phone or answer their voicemail. THEY ARE TAKING PEOPLE MONEY!

beats studio 3 headphones

I ordered beats studio 3 headphones but a few days later received an email stating that my chosen headphones were out of stock. I was offered a replacement pair or a refund. I chose the replacement pair and it was promptly shipped out.

I purchased the Beats Studio3...

I purchased the Beats Studio3 headphones in gray. The purchase went through. Later I received an email from N1 Wireless stating that they did not have the gray but could send the porcelain rose. I accidentally hit the Accept Offer button and immediately sent an email to customer support. However, I did receive an email the next day with a copy of my order. Nothing was mentioned about me making an error and that I’m willing to wait for the gray of black. Three days later, I still have not heard back from customer support regarding my frustration and desire to wait for the gray. I did receive the porcelain rose color, and I love the Beats!

My pet turtle is faster than these guys

It took forever to receive my new phone (3 weeks) and now trying to return it under warranty because it no longer works. I am getting NO reply from these guys. I filled out there ticket four days ago. OMG never will I do business with these people again.

"New" earbuds have ear wax inside of them!

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered bluetooth earbud headphones, which just arrived in the mail a few minutes ago, and the box was obviously opened, completely unsealed, which is already bad, but the earbuds had GUNK INSIDE OF THEM. These are very obviously used or refurbished with someone else's ear wax inside of them, WHAT THE F@#*$)!(*@

Not happy with them i placed a order on…

Not happy with them i placed a order on 2-28-19 and paid for the 2 day shipping here it is 4 days later not counting weekends and still have not got what i ordered nor hear back from them. I Have been calling and i have been messaging and i cant get anything from them.

Buyer beware!!!!

Buyer beware!!!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with! I spent over $1,000 for three cell phones only to make a mistake in my shipping address. After two days of calling repeatedly and sending emails to the customer service. I finally got ahold of somebody they yelled and screamed at me and told me that they didn't want me as a customer because I made a mistake and it was causing more problems on them all they needed to do was just call FedEx change the destination for the shipping address and they would have made me a happy customer instead now I have to file a lawsuit call the Better Business Bureau and the Brooklyn Police Department because they just committed a felony. So if you value your time and your money choose a different company to go through even though their prices are cheap you do not want the hassle and crappy products that they will give you.

it is a common fraudulent trick, ordering many expensive phones then ask during the shipment processing with FedEx to deliver to a different state, our policy & Fedex policy is clear we cannot change the shipping address after an order has been placed . its issuing Bank regulation, furthermore we issued you an immediate full refund even after the package was sent to you with FedEx.

Don't use this site. Inaccurate inventory.

I previously bought iPads from this site and they worked really well. However, I tried 3 times in the last 2 says to buy a tablet to replace an iPad that was stolen from me but my order was cancelled 3 times because the item was out of stock. Do they not update their inventory? Having it happen once is one thing, but 3??? To their credit, they did refund the charges very promptly every time but I'm done with this site. Never buying from them again.

Thank you so much for all the help even when I ordered the wrong phone you explained it to me and exchanged it in a quick timely matter. I love the phone works great will definitely be ordering another one very soon for my daughter.

Never buy from this company

Never buy from this company, n1wireless.com. They sell you locked phones from other carriers, yet tell you they are unlock for your carrier. They do not return phone calls, nor respond to written requests. They also claim the phones are open box new, but in reality are repaired phones. I went to the Apple store and they were able to show me that the phone I purchased as an unlocked AT&T device actually belonged to a locked Sprint policy. They phone has been repaired and was not new either. Stay away, do not be fooled!

Either used or refurbished

Ordered a Surface Pro and it seams to work okay but I didn't notice the condition was "open box" which I blame myself for not reading the small print, that's why it's a 2-star and not a 1-star.

If I'd realized it was going to be a used of refurb product I'd of paid the extra $50 for a new product from Best Buy.

Not "bad" but buyer beware
