I've been trying to email and call this company for almost a solid week over 40 calls and several emails with no response. I paid for overnight shipping 30 plus dollars and have yet to even be able to see when it will finally be shipped.

I ordered a phone that was in "open box" condition. I received a scratched up phone. When I returned it they refunded me but told me they fully inspected it and they found no scratches. I sent them pictures of the scratches and requested a new phone and never heard a word back after trying to contact them several times. Now I have 2 cases I bought and cant use and I've paid shipping and return shipping for a phone I dont have.

I just spoke with Albert in customer service about an order that had not shown up yet. Seems there was a short delay because of a back order. He assured me the phones were back in stock and my order would ship today or Monday and they would upgrade the shipping to FedEx 2nd day air. Albert was super nice, helpful and fun to speak with. N1 Wireless prices are the best around. if I have to wait a little extra time for my phone it's worth it. thank you Albert.

something in me says n1 is a scam is that correct or is it legit plz reply asap

I wanted to order a new Galaxy cell for my husband since N1 has the best price.
But, I ordered for my cell dock & didn't even come with cable/cord.
I emailed them, respond took 3 days.
Basically, their response was " cable does not come with ".
No suggestion to buy cable fit on this model's cell dock!!!
How can I even take another chance to buy a new cell?????
I much rather pay extra $100 plus & buy from New egg, Best Buy or Amazon.
This company has too many complaints already everywhere include BBB.

I bought a set of Jabra bluetooth headphones. They arrived within the estimated time and have really good sound for phone calls.

What a Find! I had been looking for a pair Jabra Halo Smart headphones and N1 Wireless not only had it in stock but at a great price. The ordering process was quick and easy to follow. The items was shipped and received in a timely manner as well. I will definitely order them again.

This company is a fraudulent business.
Bought IPhone 8 unlocked, they guaranteed it was brand new, not used.
Once received, the phone did not work, no matter my location, no one could hear me talking.
Two issues:
1. Wireless N1 lies, phone was previously owned by American Airlines
2. Refused to let me return the phone, numerous, numerous phone calls were never answered. Called every number listed, no answer.
Liars and fraudulent

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! Ordered a phone bought a warranty even. Phone would not work with straight talk, Have emailed numerous times and tried calling numerous times to get a refund, they will not respond back. Had to contact Better Business Bureau to hopefully get my money back. I'm out 500$

I placed an order for an iPhone 8. It took more than 2 weeks to be delivered. The order finally arrived and it was not right, few parts were missing (head phones and i got a Samsung charger). I sent it back for refund and they charged me $84 dollars just for sending it back (15 % of the total price). In other words, they made the mistake and i had to pay for their mistake. DO NOT EVER MAKE ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I wish i can sue them for misleading the costumers and then charging them for the company's mistake.
1 star for the rating is way too much. They do not deserve any credit for that crappy service they offer.

I ordered an Iphone 7 plus and was worried after ordering because i read some of the other reviews. I called a few times and they did ship the item as asked on the same day i placed the order. Needless to say the pbone arrived and works great!! Thank you for an easy transaction!

I purchased an IPAD 2 for my wife for Christmas, not knowing that Apple no longer supports it with an operating system. Therefore, the item is obsolete, and worthless. I submitted a request for refund, and received no response after several attempts. Stay away from this site.

I purchased an open box iPhone 6S plus. The phone came within a couple of days and looked brand new even though it was not in Apple packaging. The only problem I ran into was that the battery health indicator said it could hold only an 84% charge. I called customer service and they readily agreed to send me money for a new battery, which was $30.

Great products and service. I am going to order some accessories for some gifts I received for Christmas from them as soon as I finish writing this review.

The worst experience ever I ordered a ipad 2 on 12/8/2018 but then 12/17\2018 so I cancel my ordered and it was said 24-48 hours I will receive my refund here it is 12\21/2018 no refund yet its the holiday season and they take your money and not respond This was the money I was using to get my daughter gift for Christmas and they wont refund my money if anyone knows how i can get my money refunded please let me know
