Really poor service for international customers
Really poor service for international customer. I attampted web conference validation 10 times and failed due to lack of operator availability on 8 occassions. There are simply insufficient operators to provide the product for which the customer has paid. I requested a refund which was provided.

Bad service
Well they told me my tax code did not match and the link to redo the entire process does not work. No one answers the customer care as well. If you need SPID just go to your local Poste italiane and they will do it for free!
