I bought in November and still waiting on third round of parts to fix it myself they refuse to refund. Things didn't work since I got it and the customer service always thinks it's ok asking me to fix and glue things like I have time to always work on it. And when you buy something brand new it should work right. It's months later and it still don't work and they want to send more parts or have me ship it to Florida at their shop which is first they offered this but at this point I just am over this I want my money back. They suck bad. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else. I'd never ever do business with them again. They are impossible and do not think like Americans at all. They just think it's ok to sell stuff that is total crap and not refund you and just drag you along for months . I spent 1000 bucks in a new scooter and it's never worked correctly and they still won't make it right. I can tell a sorry
Long story but I'll just say I'm looking too at if I can take legal action cause I'm fed up. Avoid this lame company, it's not like their videos at all it's crap

Recently I purchased the new LS7+ and had an issue where a wire was rubbing against the rotor. To my surprise, before I even had to press the issue, Lin Sarah at Nanrobot reached out to me directly through FB Messenger. She immediately addressed the problem, assured me they’d send all the components I needed, and it honestly felt like she hand-delivered my case to customer service — who followed up with the same commitment. That kind of initiative and care is rare these days, and it truly impressed me.
Their quick action and willingness to stand behind their product gave me so much confidence that I decided to purchase another scooter — the new N6+. Once again, I was personally thanked in Messenger for my support, and they even offered me a discount on the order. That showed me Nanrobot values their customers just as much as they value their machines.
Even though I’m in the US and they’re in China, I can honestly say their customer service is on another level. They’ve earned my trust, my loyalty, and my business going forward. I’ll continue recommending Nanrobot to anyone serious about wanting a great scooter, because I’ve seen firsthand that they stand behind what they build. Thank you, Nanrobot!
My only suggestion to make the LS7+ even better would be:
1. Use a countersunk screw on the rotor for extra clearance.
2. Add a motor wire disconnect closer to the rear of the scooter — that way, if a rotor ever needs changing, you wouldn’t have to dig into the deck wiring.

My scooter came in with the folding knob broken in half, brake rotor was bent so it rubs on the brake pads while moving, and the light strip only lit half way. Communication via email is pointless unless you live in Taiwan apparently and buying the warranty was also pointless cause I'm not a mechanic if they even did send me the parts or i would have to package the 100+lb scooter and send it back and forth. Looking at the scooter upsets me because of the initial start so I feel I wasted thousands. They got my money so why should they bother with me now i guess.....

Put 120 miles on my ls7 scooter and hit 64mph - it's a blast! Adjusting the damper takes some getting used to, but I'm having a great time with it.
This scooter is great! The meter display could be a touch brighter in direct sunlight, but otherwise, it's fantastic.
It would be awesome if Nanrobot stocked more scooter parts for Europe. Shipping was a bit slow.

It's a stylish, well-built scooter with quiet, smooth acceleration. It's easy to learn and fun to ride. I am looking forward to getting the steering damper for higher speeds. I am really glad I got this beast.
If you are only considering buying an electric scooter, then the LS7+ 72V is the best choice for you, it has the speed as well as the value for money that you won't regret...
What a great scooter I really like it. I have had some issues. I wish Customer service was a little faster and parts are a long time in transit. Other than some small hiccups I am very satisfied with my purchase.
Hard to get parts and support. We are a repair service center and even in stock items on their website are an issue to get. Very little help, replied to emails like every couple days, beware when purchasing these expensive scooters the tech support and customer service is junk.
Follow up: their reply makes it look like we ordered the wrong part, which was not the case. Send pictures 2 times at their request and that still didn’t help. How frustrating!! Also took almost 16 days to get refund on an order that never shipped. Not a great experience
