NASA were helpful before sign up and afterwards. They always answered the phone promptly and addressed any queries when needed. They processed invoices correctly for the period I needed an umbrella company. They also enabled pension salary sacrifice in a flexible way for the employee.

Over the years as a consultant I have used a number of recruitment firms, agencies and umbrella companies and NASA are by far and away the best I have ever come across.
Payments have always been made on time, contracts and documents are correct and accurate and if I ever had a query it was responded and resolved quickly and professionally by friendly staff. The margin that they charge is also the cheapest I have come across with no hidden costs like many other companies.
Don't waste your time using any of the 'larger' agencies/umbrella groups as I have experience with many of them and they are all the same charging extortionate fees, poor customer service and hidden clauses. Just go straight to NASA.
The only reason for no longer using them is being forced to change by my current end client and as soon as I change roles I will be sure to return to NASA.

Always had great service from NASA from initiation and getting signed up to receiving payment and my P45 when i came to retire. Also helped out with a reference when my daughter needed me to be a guarantor on her flat.
Highly recommend NASA.

Nasa Umbrella Group have been easy to work with, they respond well and quickly to queries and most importantly pay on time.

A company that I had to deal with and regret ever signing up for. Consistently having issues with payments being made to me.

Issues with payments and not very friendly either. Unapologetic and creating invoices that hadn't been asked for. Processing money at the wrong times without being asked which resulted in tax problems and unhelpful at best.

Complaints procedure that had to be chased and that went nowhere.

It's now six months since I left another umbrella company after suffering problems.
I can honestly say NASA have been great, from enrollment to easy SIPP deductions, payroll depth helpfull too.
Only thing missing is there is no salary sacrifice for Electric cars others are doing via Octopus.

Can’t complain at all about service. Always prompt and polite. If I go back Inside IR35 then NASA Umbrella will be my first port of call.

I had amazing experience with Nasa group they are great. Customer service. Is amazing payrol team are amazing help and never had issues with them, anytime had any problems they would resolve it as soon possible I was very happy with the service will give 5star rating best company

Terrible service , never pay on time. Very hard to get through to the company to resolve and never take accountability while charging you. Worst umbrella company there is!

Very professional organisation who deal with any queries quickly and efficiently. No issue in over 27 months would recommend as an Umbrella provider.

NASA have been very efficient as an umbrella company and their timesheet portal is very easy to use.

Used this service for the very first time for agency work. Initially a bit apprehensive but any misgivings were quickly dispelled due to the efficiency of the service, step by step support/guidance. They also handled any queries efficiently. Oh, and once my Timesheets were submitted to deadline, there were no delays to my payment. Highly recommended.

DONOT Hire this company to provide your umberella services. They are very pathetic. VERY BAD COMPANY.

Very professional service from start to finish. Support and documentation was very easy to follow. Staff professional and friendly at all times, very knowledgeable and responded to queries quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend.

!!! Stay from this company if you want to get paid on time !!!. Awful. They got one responsibility : Process invoice to pay on time. They failed badly on this..not just once..3 times in a row. People responding to email has no clue what is happening. I have to follow up with agency to get this sorted on my own
